About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes very naturally to me. I have years of experience walking dogs in my neighborhood. About: I have grown up surrounded by pets. My family and neighbors have relied on me to walk and tend to their pets for many years. I have taken care of a wide range of animals such as dogs, cats, birds, snakes, and guinea pigs. I am a full time nurse and work M-F from 8-4:30. This leaves my weekends fairly open with exceptions here and there. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions! I live in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of green space and a dog park. Also, my unit is near the stairs, so no elevators needed! I am comfortable coming to client’s homes for walks and other needs. I am not able to do overnight stays at client houses, but animals are welcome in my apartment.
“Carissa was available last minute to care for my 2 big dogs for a couple of days while we took a road trip. She was great with them and kept me posted with pictures and messages a few times while we were away which made me feel comfortable knowing they were were safe. They were walked and slept on her couch. She was kind, sweet and my dogs loved her. They came home pretty tired and zoned out for the night! Would definitely board with Carissa again!!!”
