About: Hi! I’m a psychology major at Augusta University and currently work as an RBT supporting autistic children, which has made me patient, attentive, and very comfortable building trust through positive reinforcement. I’ve loved dogs my entire life, especially after owning and training my German Shepherd for 8 years, and I now have a puppy of my own who keeps me enjoying daily walks, park time, and training every day. (For boarding, she would stay with my family so your pet would have my full attention and a calm space.) I especially like working on basic positive reinforcement with treats or a clicker when wanted. I love petting and getting to know every dog I see, so any chance to spend time with dogs is something I genuinely enjoy. I have open availability! Sometimes I may have an appointment or time commitment, but generally I am free throughout the week. I don’t have any scheduling or preference issues with overnight, extended, or evening hours either. I live in a townhome with a fenced patio. The patio has dirt/grass for going potty, a concrete center, and a backdoor that opens to a walking path. I have two floors with the bottom floor being hardwood (accident friendly!). For crate-preferred pets I have a 48in kennel (deep cleaned before and after use), or if crate-averse there is a guest bedroom that would be situated. I bring my own doggy bags and leash, but can use whatever is preferred. If desired I also have Buddy Trainers mini training treats that can be used for positively reinforcing your pet. My default approach is to focus primarily on your pet’s comfort rather than training, with the option of passive training being added into that approach. If boarding, I could take your pet on walks around the very dog-pro community where there are consistently opportunities to socialize, explore, and play in the paths available. Also with boarding my puppy would not share the space and would be at my family’s throughout your pet’s stay. Regardless of whether your pet is boarding at my home or if sitting at your’s, I have no problem deep (and properly) cleaning any accidents that come up. My approach with all pets, especially dogs, is positive reinforcement through doing things they enjoy. I try to set your pet up for success by matching their energy and minimizing any reason to feel anxious, sized up, or uncomfortable in general.

About: My experience with pets amazing. I birthed and raised multiple dogs since I was 12. I’ve worked with dogs big and small. I currently have a beautiful Alaskan husky. I also watch my mom’s Rottweiler from time to time. I’ve rescued dogs and cats. I just love animals. I look forward to taking care of you all sweet hearts. I’m free anytime any day. About: I took care of my cat for 10 years but he lives at home now with my parents! I have years of experience dog sitting my sisters Huskey/German Shepard mix! She’s a big girl and we love to go running and on walks. My friends always rely on me to walk and feed their animals when they need an extra care. “Steve took care of our goldendoodle, Sully, for four days, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The biggest comfort for me was knowing Sully wasn’t cooped up in a kennel while we were away — he was in a loving, attentive environment where he was treated like family. Steve clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the way he cares for the dogs entrusted to him. My heart was completely at ease the entire time, which says everything.
