“I needed a sitter last minute and my regular sitter was out of town. Janai was very accommodating at sitting up a meet and greet and took the time to introduce Mickey to all of her dogs one by one. Mickey is VERY skittish and scared of new people but meeting her dogs helped him relax some. I was nervous leaving him with a new sitter but Janai was very good at communicating and sending me pictures. She also added on bathing and nail trim to his services with my permission, so he was fresh and clean when I picked him up. Will definitely bring him back in the future!”

I’m no dog whisperer (maybe lol) but I do feel that I have a sixth sense that helps me to understand their needs without verbal communication to help for a smoother experience. About: Ive had a gray and white tabby cat for about 4 years and he was a very easy and simple cat to take care of. I would brush him at least once a week if he let me. As well as change his litter box every 1-2 weeks. The reason for that is that he was sometimes an outside cat and would refuse to come in during the cold.

About: I’ve had several cats and dogs (too many at times), both inside and outside, as I was growing up and was responsible for taking care of them. My neighbors have always been able to rely on me to take care of their pets, even farm animals at times, while they were away for hours, days, even weeks at a time. About: I have had dogs since 2013. I had three, I currently have two. One of them had epilepsy, this gave me experience with seizures and administering medicine. I also worked at a doggy day care for 1 year, there I cared for large groups of dogs. We fed them, changed out water 4-5 times a day, picked up after them and played with them. I'm knowledgeable about dog behavior and how to avoid situations that would be harmful. I know to test the pavement heat before a walk on hot days. About: Benji was given to me as a 17th birthday present and I was so happy to have him because I've always wanted a dog since I was 8 years old. When we got him, his previous owner was starving and kicking him; he weighed only 6 pounds and he was full of anxiety due to the abuse. After a few months with me and my family, he gained a pound and a half and was full of life! I've taken care of him for about 8 years now and he's never had any health issues in his 13 years of life! He's old but still moves and acts like a young pup! I am currently working part-time as a behavior technician, working with children on the autism spectrum and those with other behavior/developmental delays. I am available roughly 4 days out of the week during the day and I am available for 5 nights a week. My home is fenced in with about an acre and a half of land in the backyard. I will take of care of uour baby, just how I take care of mine! Benji is bathed and brushed weekly, food and water is available whenever he is hungry, he is given one bacon treat every night and playtime is roughly 30-60mins a day depending on the age, stamina, and energetic needs of the dog.

“I needed a sitter last minute and my regular sitter was out of town. Janai was very accommodating at sitting up a meet and greet and took the time to introduce Mickey to all of her dogs one by one. Mickey is VERY skittish and scared of new people but meeting her dogs helped him relax some. I was nervous leaving him with a new sitter but Janai was very good at communicating and sending me pictures. She also added on bathing and nail trim to his services with my permission, so he was fresh and clean when I picked him up. Will definitely bring him back in the future!”

About: I have taken care of pets of all kinds since I was 11/12 years old. I have a strong love for fur babies and find it very easy to connect with them. I’m no dog whisperer (maybe lol) but I do feel that I have a sixth sense that helps me to understand their needs without verbal communication to help for a smoother experience. I am currently working full time from home so I have unlimited availability and the flexibility needed to work with each and every pets needs. I currently live in an apartment that is very pet friendly. We have huge fields all around the buildings for running and playing. I do have a small dog and cat myself perfect for keeping your pets company. Both pets are dog/cat friendly and would love to share our home with tour fur babies!!

I was a nervous wreck leaving my fur baby but I’m so thank thankful we found you. We will definitely come back.”

About: I have taken care of various dog breeds of all ages since I was 11 years old. I also plenty of experience with cats, I currently have a cat and small dog of my own so I know what it takes to care for pets and will treat your pets as my own and give them the love care and attention you would. I currently do not work so I have a very flexible schedule, I do have a grade school child but am completely free weekdays from 9am-2pm. Weekends my schedule is also very flexible but will have a little less time available due to dedicating time with my child. Overall I am very flexible and willing to work around both our schedules and needs. I am very trustworthy and will respect the privacy of your home and family while present. I will provide a safe environment and companionship, play time, or any care necessary for your pets.

She was great with them and kept me posted with pictures and messages a few times while we were away which made me feel comfortable knowing they were were safe. They were walked and slept on her couch. She was kind, sweet and my dogs loved her. They came home pretty tired and zoned out for the night! Would definitely board with Carissa again!!!”
