About: I've had dogs of all sizes and ages since childhood. My husband faithfully walks the dogs at least once a day. We have two small dogs who love to play and run. We would love to have your dogs here with us well-taken care of while you are away! Tessa is a stay-at-home mom who occasionally babysits or subs at school. If we accept your reservation, she will be here at home to take care of the dogs as needed. We have a fully fenced yard. We usually leave our doggie window open except in extreme weather, so your dog can go in and out as desired. We have a dachshund mix and a shiz tsu/ poodle who would love to keep your dog company

About: I've taken care of dogs (of various breeds) since I was in middle school. I have done short-term and long-term care both out of my house or going over to the owner's house. I am a very calm and reassuring person and have worked with both young and elder dogs. I am a recent graduate who is currently applying to post-graduate programs and jobs, so I have great flexibility in my schedule when I am not helping my grandmother with errands or volunteering at Greendale Elementary (on Tuesday and Thursday mornings). I can do any weekday besides Wednesday afternoons. I can do most times on the weekends unless I have a prior engagement planned. I can do Christmas/Winter Break, but I will be away for Thanksgiving this year. I have a fenced-in yard and have plenty of room for housing your pet as there are no other pets in the house currently. The neighborhood is very safe and has walking paths for walking pets. I am also happy to drop in or stay at your home if that is more comfortable for your pet (or you)!

I work a very consistent 9:30-6:30 job with a guaranteed 1 hour break every day. This means I can make consistent visits between 8-9am, 12-1p, and 6:30-10pm each day. With 3 cats, I have long-since memorized what plants and foods are toxic as well as feline CPR and how to recognize signs of distress and pain in cats. I myself aim for daily litter cleanings, consistent feedings, and plenty of active play and love for my cats and any others I'm entrusted with. I have nursed several kittens back to health and have fostered as well. As far as dogs grow- they're the animals I grew up with 4 chihuhuas, a Border Collie, and a variety of loveable mutts through my childhood. I also got my start as a pet sitter walking dogs and doing overnight stays at homes to keep anxious pups company.
