I have hands-on experience with walking, feeding, and grooming, and I'm comfortable adapting my approach to different breeds, sizes, and personalities. Since I'm currently in the process of applying to grad school, I spend most of my time working from home. That gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability, so I can easily fit boarding into my week and give pets the attention they need. I live in an apartment near a dog park, giving pets plenty of room to explore and play. My two Pomeranians are friendly and social, so your pet will have built-in companionship during their stay. About: I grew up with a sweet dachshund and have been a dog-lover ever since! Andrew and I both work from home full time, and that makes us the go-to pet sitter for neighbors and friends. We’ve had experience with both active dogs and those that might need a little more care and patience. We love having a new friend around to keep us company! We both work fully remote jobs and therefore can give your fur-baby all the attention they may need! We always aim to go out at least 4 times a day, but can adhere to your pet’s specific schedule. We offer flexible boarding availability throughout the week and weekends. For any weekend bookings, we do ask that your pet be comfortable being alone for at least a couple of hours since there may be instances where we will be out of the house running errands. While we don’t currently have any pets of our own, our pet-friendly apartment will cater to your furry friend’s comfort. We live on the Beltline making it the perfect setting for long walks or quick potty breaks. We’re more than happy to accommodate your pet’s needs, whether it is crating them or something else.

I have a large fenced in dog park at my apartment which is super convenient for frequent play time, and I respect everyone’s concerns by not allowing your pup in this space if other dogs are present. I can easily crate your pup if I am not going to be home. More than anything, I am willing to learn about the needs of both you and your pup to keep them safe during their stay and to keep you at ease.

“Rachael was wonderful with Bubba. She was attentive and made sure she would do whatever possible to make him comfortable in her home. She was also very accommodating with the drop off and pick up time. Definitely highly recommended.”

She sent me multiple videos via YouTube and I could tell that she made sure to take very good care. “Awesome experience! I have been fortunate to have friends and family look after my dogs when I travel. That changed recently and I found myself in a gut wrenching predicament to find a loving home to watch my two dogs-a Bassett hound and a senior small mixed breed (both of which have their own challenges).
