While Rose was in Soel’s care, I received pictures and videos regularly, which gave me peace of mind. I also provided a detailed schedule and care instructions for Rose, and based on how smoothly everything went, it’s clear she was well taken care of. There were no concerns or issues during the stay, and when I picked her up, I was told she did an amazing job interacting with her surroundings and the other pets being cared for at the time. One thing I also appreciated was the amount of outdoor space available. The property has a very spacious lawn, so dogs have plenty of room to walk around, use the restroom comfortably, and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded or overwhelmed. About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and have a deep love for both dogs and cats. I’ve owned four dogs over the years and currently have three rescue pups of my own—including one foster “fail” (lesson learned: don’t foster puppies 😊). I’ve taken basic dog training classes and have worked with trainers over the years, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities, energy levels, and behaviors. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal like they’re my own—with patience, care, and lots of love. I have volunteered at animal shelters and have fostered many dogs over the years. I've learned a lot about dog behavior through that experience. I have given cats and dogs oral medication and have administered insulin shots to dogs. I require at least a week notice for all NEW client boarding and doggy daycare requests to allow for a meet and greet. I work from home most of the time. I am usually not away from home for more than 4 hours. During the fall semester, I am away on T/R for about 8 hours a day. I have a large fenced yard and 3 dogs at home. Two of my dogs are seniors and one is almost 3 years old with lots of playful energy. I also have a large finished attic space that I use for doggy play, especially when it's super hot/cold outside.
