About: I have volunteered at an animal rescue around a year. I was responsible for fixing them food, water, cleaning their crate and playing with them. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ray was truly a Godsend. He was able to fit my baby girl in at the very last minute so I could attend a friend of the family’s funeral, and I am beyond grateful. He kept me updated throughout the day with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. All of the dogs were around the same size and played very well together, and Ray did an excellent job keeping me informed about her potty breaks as well as her food and water. It was clear she was well cared for, safe, and happy. She came home tired (in the best way!), and I’m so thankful knowing she’ll sleep well tonight. We’re here for the holidays visiting from Dallas, and we will absolutely be booking with Ray again whenever we’re in town. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter during such an important and emotional time. I highly recommend Ray.”

I have a designated "dog cabinet" stocked with essentials like pill pockets, peanut butter, and ability to keep any medications your pet may need during their stay. If you're unable to do so, I have extras available (with your permission) to safely transfer your pet to and from my home and for walks. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and in addition to being a dog owner, I’ve volunteered with several dog rescue organizations as a foster and caretaker. I’m self employed and work from home with a very flexible work schedule. I’m easy going and adaptable to last minute plans and changes in schedules. I'll treat your pets like they're my own and will keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay. I work full-time as a veterinary assistant at a local animal hospital. I have at least two days off each week and work a half day on Wednesdays. While I am away during part of the day, I come home every day during my hour lunch break to let your baby out for a potty break, playtime, and some extra love and attention. In the evenings, I enjoy taking dogs for walks (weather permitting) and spending quality time with them. When I have pets in my care, I plan my schedule around their needs. I avoid making additional plans so I can provide plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, cuddles, and consistency with their normal routine. I do provide care in your home, with the same schedule/availability. Such as; going to your home on my break to care for the pet(s), only sitting for one family at a time, walks, etc. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable, loved, and at home as possible while you're away. I have a fully fenced backyard. I also have a pool that is currently being fenced for added safety. My philosophy is simple: pets are never left unattended outside. If your pet is crate-trained or simply feels more comfortable in a crate, I have plenty of space to set one up for daytime or overnight use. I only care for one client's pet(s) at a time to provide the safest environment and plenty of one-on-one attention. I have a designated "dog cabinet" stocked with essentials like pill pockets, peanut butter, and ability to keep any medications your pet may need during their stay. If your pet rides in my vehicle, I use a pet seat belt to help keep them secure during travel. I ask that owners provide a properly fitted harness or collar and leash. If you're unable to do so, I have extras available (with your permission) to safely transfer your pet to and from my home and for walks. I do my best to maintain your pet's normal feeding schedule, so I appreciate detailed instructions regarding meals, treats, and any special preferences. I also always ask about food sensitivities, allergies, or other dietary needs to ensure your pet stays happy and healthy. These apply to in your home as well.
