“Brian, his wife, and his home are the perfect place to board your dog. My dog Cali has felt right at home and couldn't be any more spoiled. The attention, energy, and love she recieved while staying with them couldn't have been more perfect. Their house was immaculate, the yard, and location is perfect. Brian is easy to communicate with and responsive and very flexible. I was going out of town for work and needed a place for my dog and wasn't sure how long I'd be gone. They were helpful and extending was easy. If you're looking for a loving home away from home you don't need to look any farther.”

“We needed someone to watch a very active 1.5yr old Brittany, and we are really picky about who watches our animals. Sandra was recommended and boarding with her and Mark was the best experience ever. Missy’s stay with them was literally a doggy vacation with a Giant yard to play in, long walks, huge professional kennel for her to lounge in, and, picture/video updates every day! They even have a TV in the temperature controlled kennel space so our girl could listen to tv like she is used to at our house. I look forward to using them again. They are a bit of a drive for me but I will use them every time over trying any of the 15 closer results rover showed me. It is well worth the peace of mind knowing that your dogs are being pampered not just boarded.”

“Our experience with Kayla was wonderful. Teddy was well loved and cared for. He was happy and playful. Kayla sent updates and photos daily. I would highly recommend her services and looking forward to booking with her again in the future.”

“Thank you to Jennifer and her crew for loving our fur babies! Her communication was clear and her updates/photos showed our pups were playing/cuddling up with her family. We had peace of mind that they were in great hands while we were traveling.”

“Heather is amazing! Super welcoming and friendly. She was really prompt responding before and during the sitting. We got pictures without having to ask and our pup was obviously well taken care of. She’s highly qualified, would definitely use her services anytime and highly recommend!”

“I was a little uneasy leaving our girl with a stranger at first but Donald was easy to coordinate and communicate with. I quickly felt at ease. He clearly loves dogs! He had a big yard for her to play in and she seemed to take to him right away. Donald even went and bought a brush to help with her dropping her undercoat. I offered to pay for it but he wouldn't let me. We ended up booking an additional night with him! I highly recommend!”

“I had a really great experience. I would definitely book again. This was my first time using Rover and also my dog’s first time being with someone outside a family and I believe booking with them allowed him to also grow and develop. This was a great experience”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ms. Catherine was absolutely wonderful with Francois and Girbaud! From the moment we met her, I could tell she had a genuine love for animals and a calm, nurturing spirit that immediately put the boys at ease. She went above and beyond every step of the way—sending adorable photo updates, keeping me informed, and making sure they were comfortable, entertained, and well cared for the entire time. When I got home, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and delightfully tired—which to any dog parent means they had a great time! It’s clear she gave them plenty of exercise, play, and affection. Ms. Catherine treated them as if they were her own, and I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and reliability. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who’s attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely loves what she does, Ms. Catherine is the one. Francois, Girbaud, and I are so grateful to have found her! 🐾❤️”

“Kara was amazing!! I know we made a great choice choosing her to watch over our fur baby while we were away. She communicated everyday with pictures and videos letting us know how he was doing. We will definitely be booking again with her real soon. Thank you for everything!! I would give 100 stars if I could.”

“This was the perfect family to watch our dogs! The family I can trust. They are responsible, kind and helpful. I wasn‘t worried about my fur babies at all. And looks like our dogs loved to stay with them too. Even my little chihuahua didn‘t lose any weight(he always stops eating or eats very little when I am not with him). Also, Nikki was sending photos of dogs everyday and they looked so relaxed and happy 😊”

I’m always happy to help whenever I’m able. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups. I crate trained both of my dogs while they were potty training, so I also have a large crate available if that fits your pet’s needs.
“We were looking for someone to make Spirit feel right at home. We feel like we accomplished that with Laura. She and Spirit hit it off right away. We plan on using her many more times in the future.”

“Olivia is amazing with my sweet pup. I never worry when she is with her. She adheres to all of my specifics and is very communicative. I’m always at ease when my pup is with Olivia”

“I was able to book with Casey last minute and she took great care of my Sweetie. When my cousin picked my dog up she said my dog was walking around like she was home and comfortable. I would definitely rebook and you should too.”

“Selau took such great care of Sookie! Sookie was an escape artist, but Selau did such a great job at handling her 😅 I did not have to worry one bit about my pup. Selau did such a great job at keeping me updated.”
“Fantastic sitter! Mary was kind, and professional. She kept us posted every day and sent us daily pics. My dogs seemed very happy and comfortable around her. Highly recommend!”

“Debbie was great....she gave us regular updates on Roodles. She took very care of our dog....we were very impressed. She even had a meet and greet in the beginning to meet roodles....we felt very comfortable leaving Roodles with her. Our dog is scared of fireworks and Debbie comforted her and got her through it on NY eve”

About: I'm a full time professional dog trainer, and located on 4 Acres near Brookstone in North Columbus, my house the only legally operated, state-licensed, and insured home kennel offered on Rover. My personal dogs are a Mini-Schnauzer name Cricket, Doberman named Domino, and a Pointer named Marley. Training dogs is my full time job. I own my own business, The Barkitekt, and founded the Columbus Kennel Club. I have 6 years of experience working with dogs, puppy foundations, resource guarding, and behavior issues that take real experience to handle safely. I primarily train service dogs and sometimes sport dogs. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, dogs on medication, and large or strong breeds. This service is not a training program. I do not board reactive dogs that have not been trained through this program, this included dogs that have not been crated before. Please reach out for help with training this. Dog training is my full time job and I work from home, so your dog isn't alone waiting for me to get back from an office. I'm here all day, every day. I send video updates daily so you know how they're doing, and I'm reachable by text or email if you want to check in. I have four acres. Two are fully fenced, so dogs get real off-leash room to run in a secure space. The other two are wooded and unfenced with a couple of running streams. I treat boarding dogs the way I treat my own, which means the same basic house expectations: sitting before the door opens, waiting to be released, calm manners around food. It isn't formal training and I don't charge for it or promise it as a service, it's just how my house runs. That said, owners fairly often tell me their dog came home a little easier to live with.

“Rebecca took care of our 3 cats for a week while we were on vacation and they loved it! I think they were disappointed when we walked through the door instead of her! Lol! She goes above and beyond what's expected and we always feel like our boys are safe and in good hands with her.”

About: I’ve had cats since I was a baby. I had a diabetic cat who also had seizures. I nursed her basically back to health and she lived 5 more years after her first seizure. She was 19 years old when she finally passed. My whole family has had cats all my life. Every fur animal has a different personality that you just have to learn.
“Ben was great! I reached him on a really short notice cause my trip would take longer than I originally expected. He was so kind to come get the key and really payed attention to my pets needs. When he got to the visit, my little rascals had made a little mess. But he was cool about it and sent me cute pics! Thank you so much, 5 star!”

“Carissa was amazing while taking care of my cat, Chestnut, for a couple of weeks while I was away. She was incredibly responsible and provided thoughtful updates with lots of great pictures, which made it so much easier to be apart from my little cat. I’d absolutely recommend Carissa to anyone looking for a sitter :)”

“Thank you Heather for taking good care of our kitty girls, Diamond and Poppy. Loved all the pics and that you took the time to play and give pets! Hope you'll come back again. Definitely recommend you 😊”

“Maria was amazing. We found her last minute and we’re so happy we did. She’s newer to Rover but definitely has experience with animals. We thought she was so professional and sent the most amazing updates!”

“Jasper is kind, reliable, and respectful of personal property. I was very nervous leaving our dogs in someone else's care, but Jasper took time for a meet and greet beforehand which really helped alleviate anxiety for myself and my dogs. It was also nice getting lots of picture updates plus potty and feeding updates as well. I would love to work with this sitter again in the future!”

“Lindsay is awesome! This is the second time she has watched our cats while we were gone and I had so much peace of mind that they were okay because she kept me up to date and always sent pictures and videos. I would recommend her to anyone. Your babies will be well taken care of!”

“5 stars! This was our first booking with Jonah and she went out of our way to insure that we were frequently updated during our pup’s visit. She exceeded expectations and now we have a trusted person who we know will take care of our dog. Highly recommended.”

About: Our dogs have always been family and I can't recall any time in my entire life when I haven't had a dog at my side, sometimes two or three. I've had dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The longest boarding was for two months while the pup parent traveled in Asia. I've had dogs on my small ranch in NV and we rode trails together. They moved with me to CO and we enjoyed the mountains and front range together. I drove cross-country many times with my dogs, stayed in hotels and visited friends and family with them. My dogs are always a priority in all we do and I will care for your pups as I do mine. Be assured that I will follow any special instructions you give to provide your pet a safe, happy, stress-free stay. I recently rescued a deaf puppy who was in the middle of the road, and took care of her until a new, loving home was secured. I checked on her later and she is happy with her people and dog family. I am retired and always home. I spend my days gardening, cooking, squirrel and bird-watching, helping at church, and making greeting cards. My two dogs are with me the entire day. We will give your pup lots of company and love. I prefer to sit for one client at a time and max two dogs at a time. I look forward to meeting you and your pups. It's a good day any day that you meet new friends with fur. They bring joy to life. I have a 1/2 acre and a huge fenced yard for play and romping. Your dog will not be put outside for any length of time without my oversight. I am frequently out in the yard, relaxing, weeding, planting and pruning. Safety is number one and focused, pleasant care are my priorities. I want to be sure that the pups have my undivided attention. My two small dogs and I will give your pup lots of company assuring that he or she is acclimated and gets to know us. Our home is comfortable and happy. Does your pup enjoy endless belly rubs? Mine do and I have plenty to share. I prefer to sit for one client and max two dogs at a time. Photos of your pup's day are provided, if requested. I feed my dogs twice a day and give them one treat after their meals. I will feed your dogs at the time of day you prefer. We will only give your pup treats that you provide. I will follow your feeding schedule and administer meds if needed. My early career was 20 years as a hospital clinical laboratory scientist and then as a director. I've medicated my dogs and horses and given shots, so I know all the techniques needed to administer meds for your dog. Be assured, I recognize a dog's body language if in pain, stressed, or sick and will notify you immediately of any serious issues. I will follow your instructions if vet services are needed. My senior dog, Vivvie requires a special diet, so I make homemade dog food, veterinarian approved. No table scraps for her or for dogs in my care.

“Although this was just a test run, Nikki, Ben and their family were very welcoming. They took they time to explain how their pet sitting worked, introduce their family and furry kids, and help me work out other times that they could watch Bear. Bear enjoyed his day care day very much and was exhausted from all the play when got home. Looking forward to the next stay.”

She kept me informed throughout the day with pics and texts on how well my puppy kids were doing. Though my one dog has some behavioral special needs, Mary Grace was confident in her skills to care for my dog both professionally and lovingly. I highly recommend Mary Grace!”

Life can be unpredictable, and I do my best to be flexible and understanding when schedules shift. Most of all, I love building connections with each pet I care for—because to me, they’re not “just pets,” they’re family. 🐾 Im available Thursday to Sunday. On Thursday and Friday only I’m available after 5:30pm (due to me having a full time job from home). Saturday and Sunday I’m available all day 🙂 For any Drop-In visits or Walks I do require a complementary meet and greet before booking to ensure your pet is comfortable with me and their “home space” ❤️ Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first in your home. I take time to learn your pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs before each visit. I follow feeding, walking, and medication instructions exactly as given, and always make sure your pet has fresh water and a clean, calm environment. I respect your space—leaving your home just as I found it—and keep doors locked, alarms set, and your pet safely indoors or secured outside as requested. I’m gentle, patient, and attentive to body language, especially with shy or anxious pets. You’ll receive regular updates and photos for peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve been asked to pet sit for a variety of pets over the years. Anywhere from cats and dogs to bearded dragons and horses! I’m a quick learner and can adapt just as fast to match whatever needs are required. I also own two mixed dogs and an orange tabby cat myself. I am a newly wed who recently moved into town and am still getting settled. Until I get connected with my work, I have a TON of free time! I’d love to get to be surrounded by fur babies as much as possible! I love to let the critters set the pace when getting to know me. I believe there needs to be an established bond of trust before anything else. And I LOVE to love on them once they let me! I can never get enough pets and snuggles! I want them to feel as though I’m a friend and family member rather than a stranger. And the same goes for their human parents too! I love to connect with my clientele and keep them updated as much as possible to ensure they feel confident that their babies are taken care of :)

About: Here to make sure your 4 legged family feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and always do my best to stick to their normal routine so they feel as comfortable and loved as possible. I work Monday–Friday, but my schedule can be flexible at times. If you need pet care but aren’t sure whether my schedule will fit your needs, feel free to message me!

“I was able to book with Casey last minute and she took great care of my Sweetie. When my cousin picked my dog up she said my dog was walking around like she was home and comfortable. I would definitely rebook and you should too.”

Whether in my home or yours, I'll care for your pet like my own! I'll follow their routine, provide plenty of love, playtime, walks, and regular updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away!

“Taylor did an amazing job with my fur baby! From communication to just reassuring me that my baby was going so good while I was gone. I highly recommend her for you fur baby needs if your looking!”

“All I can say is wow. Madison went above and beyond to make our baby Greyson comfortable, even given our sweet little boy a bath after playing in the mud with her sweet Shepherds. Was excited to see me when I picked him up, but he seemed that he was torn and wanted to stay with Madison as well. Definitely will rebook.”
