The very next morning we took our dog to her and she and her husband took excellent care of our dog. They were super flexible as we sometimes wanted to pick up our dog because our son wanted to speed time with our big puppy. Our son is in the service. We came for his graduation. About: I’ve been asked to pet sit for a variety of pets over the years. Anywhere from cats and dogs to bearded dragons and horses! I’m a quick learner and can adapt just as fast to match whatever needs are required. I also own a mixed dog and an orange tabby cat myself. I am a newly wed who recently moved into town and am still getting settled. Until I get connected with my work, I have a TON of free time! I’d love to get to be surrounded by fur babies as much as possible! I love to let the critters set the pace when getting to know me. About: I enjoy dog sitting on my off time. I have a pretty hectic work schedule that is all over the place. This makes it hard for me to have my own pup so I love on everyone else’s pups instead. About: Our dogs have always been family and I can't recall any time in my entire life when I haven't had a dog at my side, sometimes two or three. I've had dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The longest boarding was for two months while the pup parent traveled in Asia. I've had dogs on my small ranch in NV and we rode trails together. I can easily crate smaller animals. I would need larger animal crates provided for me. I can keep them at my home or check in on them at your home as well. About: Homeport - Indoor accommodation for your pet with large wooded lot on a private road in Harris County. A large deck to lay in the sunshine on pretty afternoons. Indoors we have an open floor plan that the pets are free to roam in. The pets are free or crated overnight based on your preference. We have a 7 pound Yorkie Poo who gets along with our houseguests, dogs or cats! We should have a meet and greet prior to them checking in at Homeport. We can schedule a meet and greet at my home for you and your pup to meet me and I y’all. I’ll be very flexible on the schedule of that. I walk them twice a day if your babies are accustomed to leash walking and have them out on the deck with other guests for playtime twice a day. You will receive at least one picture of their romping or napping everyday. I charge by the calendar day. The day you pick up (or I pick up) your pet and the day you drop off (or I drop them off) are both days that I have to accommodate you and your pet into my schedule and pet care is provided.I offer the service of taking your pet home the day of your arrival so that they will be there when you arrive home. Please let me know when you make your reservations what times you wish to schedule for pickup/drop-off and give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to make changes. If your dog is not fully house trained or has any accidents during their stay there is a $5 per day charge. All pets must be neutered and spayed. They must be dog friendly. For your protection, all pets are screened prior to acceptance. If pets are not picked up by closing they will board over night at owners expense. All pets will be checked for fleas and ticks. If any pet comes in with fleas or ticks, a bath might be required. All dogs must be up to date on shots Rabies, Dhlpp & Bordetella Pet care and boarding is my primary occupation. My entire day and night is focused on caring for your family member. We may go for a walk around my neighborhood or they may be in the yard with me while I work in my garden. On days that aren’t nice they will be comfortable napping wherever they are most comfortable. Guests are treated as at home and fed and exercised according to your instructions. Often I feed them white skinless chicken breast if no allergies.

So please respect that. - We focus on the safety of your pets, I will do whatever is safest when taking care of your pet(s), even if that means having to cut a walk short. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little. I recently lost my dog who was almost 16 years old. So I am used to caring for elderly dogs as well and the challenges that come with it like medications, helping them with stairs, etc. I really enjoy spending quality time with the dogs and keeping them company. About: I’ve been asked to pet sit for a variety of pets over the years. Anywhere from cats and dogs to bearded dragons and horses! I’m a quick learner and can adapt just as fast to match whatever needs are required. I also own a mixed dog and an orange tabby cat myself. I am a newly wed who recently moved into town and am still getting settled. Until I get connected with my work, I have a TON of free time! I’d love to get to be surrounded by fur babies as much as possible! I love to let the critters set the pace when getting to know me. I believe there needs to be an established bond of trust before anything else. And I LOVE to love on them once they let me! I can never get enough pets and snuggles! I want them to feel as though I’m a friend and family member rather than a stranger. And the same goes for their human parents too! I love to connect with my clientele and keep them updated as much as possible to ensure they feel confident that their babies are taken care of :)

I’m Pet CPR and First Aid certified, keep a stocked first aid kit at home, and understand how to respond calmly in emergencies. I’m experienced with both high-energy puppies who need structure and patience, as well as senior pets who require gentle support, medication, and extra comfort. With a large backyard, crate options, and a consistent routine, I make sure every pet feels secure, loved, and at home. Since I currently work remote, I’m home throughout the day to give pets constant attention. I easily fit in walks, outdoor play, feeding, and cuddle time When your pets stay with me, they’re treated like part of the family. I have an extremely large, fully pet-friendly backyard that gives dogs plenty of space to run, explore, and play safely. Playtime is a big part of our routine — I keep a variety of toys available to keep them engaged, entertained, and exercised throughout the day. For pups that are crate-trained, I provide clean, comfortable crates so they have a familiar, secure space to rest whenever needed. For pets that aren’t crate-trained, I make sure they still have cozy resting areas and a calm environment. I stick to a structured routine with outdoor breaks multiple times a day, including morning, midday, and evening play/potty times, as well as shorter outings as needed. Whether your pet enjoys high-energy fetch, tug-of-war, or just a relaxing stroll around the yard, I tailor activities to their personality and needs. Inside my home, pets have a safe, climate-controlled space where they can relax, nap, and get all the love and attention they deserve. Clean water is always available, and I maintain a tidy, pet-safe environment. I also keep a first aid kit in the house, and I’m Pet CPR & First Aid certified, so you can feel confident knowing your furry family members are in safe hands.

About: I absolutely love animals and have complete open availability to take care of yours! I work well under stressful conditions. I have also worked previously with all different sizes of dogs and cats. I also have experience working with other pets outside of just dogs and cats. This gives me experience with all different temperaments and attitudes. I have been dog sitting on the side along with a job for about five years now and have heard all good things about my work! I put priorities first and always look out for the well being of your furry family members. I am willing to work last minute on jobs if needed and I will do all I can to make sure you and your babies are happy and healthy! About: Dog-lover since young! I’ve had dogs since I could remember. My doggos are eager for more dogs to play with. I’ve adopted most of my dogs from rescue shelters and believe they should be given a chance at life. I’ve cared for friends’dogs, neighbors, etc… I’m a stay-at-home mom to a 10 and 13 year old so they are in school most of the weekday. I’m home most of the time, leaving for errands, drop-offs, etc…for less than 2 hours at a time. My dogs are crate trained but have the freedom to roam. There will be plenty of time to play and cuddle with your pet! I have 2 friendly small to mid-size dogs to keep your fur baby company. They have a doggie door and fenced yard to be free in. Your dog can be crated if need be. The doggie door is closed off in the evenings for safety.
About: Animals are amazing but pets are family and they deserve the best! Bring on the playful puppers or chill kitties, because no situation or fur baby is too big or too much to deal with. Tons of experience with bath time, house training, walks and command words. Currently juggling the joy of 3 fur babies(all cuddle pups of all ages and sizes) always going on amazing adventures to the park, swimming at the lake and of course shopping for the perfect toys. Would love to help keep the joy with your fur babies while you are away from the house. Schedule is very flexible and transportation is available if needed. Very understanding of the atypical schedules. (Not interested in performing nail trims or other grooming)
About: I’ve had animals for as long as I can remember. I have volunteered at shelters for the last few years. I am comfortable with any animal if they are comfortable with me. I work full-time remote but I can easily work around my schedule. I am great for early mornings, lunch breaks(12-1pm), and anytime after 5pm. I have my own transportation so I can easily get to you. Care in your home is preferred, as my pup is still learning to be nice to other animals. This also makes it easier for your pets as they are already comfortable in that environment. I can feed, walk, and play as needed. I am also comfortable bathing your animals.
About: Running and being outdoors is a passion and taking your pet along with me for some exercise would be delightful and beneficial for your pet. I have experience in animal training and cater to the individual needs of animals wether it be physical or emotional. I'm very attentive and careful especially when it comes to your beloved furbabies. I'm not scared of animals and most seem to love me except that one chihuahua that bit me when I was giving him a treat haha. I understand each furbaby is different and will do my best to cater to them as individuals. I am also knowledgeable in animal first aid and know all the nearest hospitals if an emergency were to arise. I am most familiar with the fort benning area. Your pets trust me and you should to!

“Mary Grace was a godsend to our family. Our beloved and notoriously mischievous 11 year old /70lb shepherd mix is prone to stress and can’t be comfortably boarded in a facility. He is also getting older, so he struggles with separation anxiety and requires frequent walks and intellectual stimulation. Mary Grace was a perfect fit. She is extremely competent and conscientious. She met both Ranger’s needs as a full time companion (walks, feeding, engaging) and my needs as a concerned parent (pictures, updates, etc). It’s the first time we’ve traveled in years that I was not constantly worried about Ranger. I would not hesitate to book with her again or to recommend her to others. She is amazing and I’m so grateful for how well she cared for our boy.”

“We were looking for someone to take care of our 115 lbs Rottweiler at the last minute and Selau responded right away in the evening. The very next morning we took our dog to her and she and her husband took excellent care of our dog. They were super flexible as we sometimes wanted to pick up our dog because our son wanted to speed time with our big puppy. Our son is in the service. We came for his graduation. Everything worked perfect. We will be back here to see our son again and if we bring the dog, we will definitely take him to Selau. We highly recommend her and we couldn’t be more pleased.”
