About: I have always been very good with animals ever since I was little. I like animals more than humans so I promise to take care of your pet like it is my own. I have volunteered at the Human Society and I am going to college to work with animals so I would love to care for your pet to gain more experience. I am currently home from college so I am free all day, Monday through Friday. Then starting in August I will be home Friday through Sunday. I have an unfenced yard but plenty of yard for them to run around and I have a in ground runner that they can be put on for some freedom. I also have two fur babies to keep your fur baby company but they can always be kept separate if needed.

About: I love being active and outdoors, dogs always have a special place in my heart. About: At 28 Years Old, I have nearly always had a dog living with me. 8 dogs have been apart of my life in the past and currently 4 reside in our large loving home. Nearly every single one of my dogs have been rescued and cared for, where I try my best to change my own routine to better fit their needs rather than trying to change them to fit my own. In the past years I have boarded relatives' dogs at my own home and would like to continue helping dog parents with any dog care they might need. Because I've had so many dogs in my life, I have had to experience both the beginning and end of their lives. I especially enjoy giving extra care to senior dogs to make sure they are most comfortable in the golden age of their lives. I am working only part time so I have plenty of time to give your dogs as little or as much attention as you need. My schedule is extremely flexible. Weekends or Weekdays are perfect for me. My home sits on a hilly and forested 3 acres, with fenced in portions as well as a long circular driveway perfect for walks! In the fenced area, there is a pool perfect for any water loving dog in the summer! There is also an enclosed run of chickens that are unbothered by any rambunctious and curious dogs. Currently we have 4 dogs, one an outdoor Rottweiler dog that is all too happy to play with another dog, but with her own separated fenced in area. We have 4 indoor dogs, 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Chihuahua. All of them have shown friendly tendencies to unfamiliar dogs of similar size. They have had mixed feelings over larger dogs and I know that not all dogs enjoy the company of others. Should your own dog be more comfortable being alone and dislike other dogs, our house is set up in a way that your own dog can have their own private space away from my dogs and still get whatever attention is needed while still allowing my own dogs ample space.

Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. I have always had a special connection with dogs and all animals for that matter and enjoy every second I can get with any of them. About: I work in a rescue clinic where I have developed skills like administering medication, working with all ages from newborns to seniors, and working with animals of all sizes! I have owned a variety of pets over the years, and have had them from newborns up to 20 yrs old. About: Hi, my name is Ashley, and I am a middle school educator. Outside of teaching and working with students, I have a huge love for dogs. I have three family dogs, two girls and one boy, and I truly enjoy each of their unique personalities. Funny enough, my boy dog’s birthday is the day before mine, so I always joke that we have the same personality! I have always been the type of person who instantly notices dogs wherever I go. Whether I’m walking around town or traveling on vacation, I’m usually the one saying, “Oh my gosh, look at that dog! “This was our first experience with boarding the pups. We were nervous and didn’t think we could find someone to care about them and treat them the way we do. Josh and Kerith exceeded all expectations. My dogs were happy and well taken care of. I received multiple updates per day along with pictures. They even have a dog friendly/accessible pool. That’s where my lab spent most of the week. If you want your dogs to have their own vacation while you’re away on yours, send them to Josh and Kerith.”

In my nervousness to leave him I forgot to pack his food in his bag and she graciously feed him some of her own fur baby food.
