“Hello Rover,, I'm new to the area and just moved into my house a month ago. Needing a cat sitter, my daughter told me to look on Rover. When i first logged on to your site, I saw Jennie's kind smile and that she was close by. So I figured it would be a win win. Boy, did I get way more than I bargained for!! I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jennie! First, I'd like to thank her for taking care of my cat under more than extreme circumstances! I never thought I could ever get such impeccable service. The story has a twist and becomes even more extraordinary. On my recent trip, on the third day I left the country. Something told me to message Jennie and let her know I could only receive messages from messenger. As I did, I asked if everything was OK. She responded "your cat is ok". This is what followed. Evidently some sort of "Super Cell" developed and decided to dump approximately 6 inches of rain in 45 minutes on my house! Jennie saw how bad the sky looked over my way and decided to make the trip over. What normally is a 5 minute ride turned into 20 due to the rain coming down so hard she couldn't see the road. Upon her arrival, the water was 6 to 8 inches above the threshold, so she didn't want to open the door. She left and came back later to find my downstairs flooded! The water had started to receed and little Miss Wonder Woman jumped into action and advised me step by step as I, near hysteria, hung on her every message, knowing I couldn't get back til Monday (this happened Friday evening !) She moved furniture and pulled out rugs as her daughter and cousin swept the water to the street. She secured my cat in the upstairs and did her best to calm her. Jennie went out and rented a rug cleaner and cleaned my large area rug ( just a cat sitter?! Whatever!!). She turned on fans and cleaned everything she could!! Not once did I ask her to do anything --- she just took care of everything. When I asked her why she did it, her response was, "That's how I was raised, you help people". At that moment I could have kissed her parents on the mouth! My cat is now healed from the trauma, still skittish, but that's to be expected. The house is getting back together, but it would have been a total loss without Jennie's help. Thank you Jennie for working so hard for 3 straight days and restoring my faith in humans , there's still good ones out there! ❤ Rover, you just don't know what you have! Sincerely, Donna Matteson”

I’ve taken in feral litters of cats and helped raise them until they were able to be adopted, I have cats, and help with the care of 4 dogs of varying sizes. I have had cats and all types of dogs growing up! I love making sure furry family feels loved, and gets taken care of. I am just starting out, however Rover is my full time job. I use this platform so I can still care for my little brother on the weekends. Some people have help with Rover, but I am working solo so please be patient with me. About: Our family has had pets for most of our lives. We are avid animal lovers and will work together to care for you fur babies!!! About: I have had dogs my whole life. From puppy all the way up to old age. I love them and I treat them as if part of my family. We go for walks daily. We go to the park and play a few times a week. And When I had My St. Bernard she used to love when I would take her swimming at the beach!! I work from home so your loved one WILL NOT be without attention!! I will be able to pet and love on them throughout the day as well as let them out to go potty regularly! We also will go for daily walks after work and to the park if time allows. I have a small yard with a tie out for pottying during the day. But after work we can go out and run or walk until they are tired out.

However I would never let a guest be unleashed while unattended. While your away I like to take all opportunities to improve! Unleash time is a HUGE start and is always impressive. These simple tasks once mastered can save you pups life if ever left unattended unleashed in a new scary place. I intend to help even if it's for one day we can work on just having fun and playing inside and talking walks in the outdoors together! I’m diligent about brushing, cleaning and snuggling-whatever your pup needs, I’m on it! I currently work full time from 9AM-5PM on a four day schedule.
