“Yamille was a life-saver for us! We had planned to take our Havapoo fur baby with us on our trip, but at the last minute found out we could not take her. When I reached out to Yamille, she responded immediately. We exchanged messages back and forth and had a "meet and greet" via Facetime the next day. Yamille was so sweet to our little Salter and was very accommodating to our requests throughout the week that she cared for Salter. She took her harness off occasionally to brush her and also sent pics/videos. I believe Salter had a GREAT time with Yamille, her son, her pup and other pup friends. We flew home to NC later that day and Salter slept the entire journey - a sign that she had lots of playtime, snuggles and belly rubs from Yamille. My pup is a part of my family and I would treat yours with the same care and compassion. I work from home, live in a duplex and I have a backyard that is mostly fenced (your dog would stay on a leash back there), and I live right next to Dreher Park where we could go for walks 1-2 times/day. Let's do a meet and greet! I work full time from home, and have lots of flexibility for walks and pets. In the evening, we take walks in Dreher Park right next door. Life is quiet around here. No smoking. I'll be here with them all day and can take them to the backyard or for walks in the park. I have a 50lb rescue that has been described by boarders as an alpha female, so she may get barky at first but it ends there.

About: My whole life there’s always been a furry member of my family. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. I’ve given medication when needed also very careful with reactive/timid dogs. I work part time so I’m free a majority of the time. Rover will be a fun addition to my schedule. My work allows me to adjust my schedule with any future bookings I may have. There is a dog friendly play area in my community as well which is where I plan to do any off leash activities, I like to make sure the play area is empty (usually is). About: I have taken care of dogs as well as cats since I was 10 years old when I got my first pet a small dog named bandit. Since then we have welcomed two wonderful cats into our home who I took care of until I went off to college. When I started to drive I got the opportunity and trust of students and parents at my school to watch there dogs while they were out of town or on vacation. However, when I went off to college I was unable to keep at it. Until this year that is. When I was recommended by that same family to watch some other dogs that were in my area. They travel a lot for softball mostly on the weekends so it was a good fit. I am ready to now expand into new territory here on this app! This is only part time and I do love it but recently people do not realize that I am only human. I have been so stressed out recently trying to please everyone but I can’t. About: I have worked in the veterinary field for 6+ years working with animals in sorts of needs. I have been a grooming assistant as well for about 4 years as well. I have experience working with animals with various special needs (dog aggressive, food aggressive, fear of men/women). I have no problem with giving animals medication orally, eyedrops or even injections. I do have experience as well working with exotic pets as well, so am no stranger when it comes to small mammals & reptiles and amphibians. I am currently unemployed, so I have all the time to give your little ones not just the proper care that they need, but as much attention as they want too. I have space in my townhouse for them to run around, along with family members of my own to give them company. Great space for cats.
