“Cathy was a great house sitter who looked after our two cats while we were traveling. She communicated really well, drove down to meet the cats before confirming the booking, and showed up on time before us leaving to get access to the building. She also did a wonderful job communicating during our travel/ her stay with the cats. She took care of the cats’ medications needs, too! What I loved most about her is how prompt she is about responding to any messages. She kept us updated with pictures and lots of other information. She has been kind to the cats and tolerated them sleeping in/ on her suitcase, ha ha. We found the cats happy and healthy. She also took care of our place, it looks great- just as we left it. “Hello Rover,, I'm new to the area and just moved into my house a month ago. Needing a cat sitter, my daughter told me to look on Rover. When i first logged on to your site, I saw Jennie's kind smile and that she was close by. So I figured it would be a win win. Boy, did I get way more than I bargained for!! I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jennie! First, I'd like to thank her for taking care of my cat under more than extreme circumstances! I never thought I could ever get such impeccable service. The story has a twist and becomes even more extraordinary. On my recent trip, on the third day I left the country. Something told me to message Jennie and let her know I could only receive messages from messenger. As I did, I asked if everything was OK. She responded "your cat is ok". This is what followed. Evidently some sort of "Super Cell" developed and decided to dump approximately 6 inches of rain in 45 minutes on my house! Jennie saw how bad the sky looked over my way and decided to make the trip over. What normally is a 5 minute ride turned into 20 due to the rain coming down so hard she couldn't see the road. Upon her arrival, the water was 6 to 8 inches above the threshold, so she didn't want to open the door. She left and came back later to find my downstairs flooded! The water had started to receed and little Miss Wonder Woman jumped into action and advised me step by step as I, near hysteria, hung on her every message, knowing I couldn't get back til Monday (this happened Friday evening !) She moved furniture and pulled out rugs as her daughter and cousin swept the water to the street. She secured my cat in the upstairs and did her best to calm her. Jennie went out and rented a rug cleaner and cleaned my large area rug ( just a cat sitter?! Whatever!!). She turned on fans and cleaned everything she could!! Not once did I ask her to do anything --- she just took care of everything. When I asked her why she did it, her response was, "That's how I was raised, you help people". At that moment I could have kissed her parents on the mouth! My cat is now healed from the trauma, still skittish, but that's to be expected. The house is getting back together, but it would have been a total loss without Jennie's help. I have 5 small dogs of my own and they are indoor dogs that need cut and groomed very ofen. They are provided food ever AM for the day and eat at their own pace so they self manage. My dogs are open roam throughout the day also with access to a yard at their convenience (dog door). They go into their cages at night and when needed throughout the day. I medicate them with monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention and have them regularly checked and vaccinated by our local vet. I do trim nails and cut hair if needed.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. From puppy all the way up to old age. I love them and I treat them as if part of my family. We go for walks daily. We go to the park and play a few times a week. And When I had My St. Bernard she used to love when I would take her swimming at the beach!! I work from home so your loved one WILL NOT be without attention!! I will be able to pet and love on them throughout the day as well as let them out to go potty regularly! We also will go for daily walks after work and to the park if time allows. About: Hello my name is Kaylin, I am from Ohio and grew up around animals, especially dogs/cats. Nextdoor was a Veterinary hospital where I sought out volunteering in the interest of helping animals. As a child, I imagined I would work with animals in some way. When I was 6 years old, I decided to brush our Jack Russel Terrier’s teeth with a toothbrush! I have always treated our pets as family members. After graduating high school, I moved to Northern California for 11 years where I attended a junior college and started working with Rover. About: I have always had dogs growing up. However the last 3 years, my husband and I have been fostering, training and socializing dogs to prepare them for there forever homes. It has been a blast, we have loved every single one. I work part time with a flexible job that allows me to come home and check on the pups when I need to. We love taking the dogs on trips to the park and walks around the block. Not to mention the evening snuggles. We have a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs. About: Ever since I was young I did not only taking a liking to all animals, as I found they too took a liking to me. Sometimes I could see pieces of myself in their souls. From then on I've been infatuated with helping them. That's become quite the task as I'm a mother now of 2. Having your own "pets" is just having a bigger family in my eyes. I've always been the friend that takes in pet guests so they can go out of town. Or house sit if necessary beings all the different types. I figured why not make a job of it!! Pet care is extremely important! I use this time daily even for snuggle time to make sure no one even our own furries are left out. It fits in just like breakfast. It's extremely important and can become very meditative. I treat guest pets with as much love and freedom as our own. I'm in a very wooded area and our pup never ventures too far and guides the other dogs around and plays with them to get them back in. He's very clever. However I would never let a guest be unleashed while unattended. While your away I like to take all opportunities to improve! Unleash time is a HUGE start and is always impressive. These simple tasks once mastered can save you pups life if ever left unattended unleashed in a new scary place. About: Hello my name is Kaylin, I am from Ohio and grew up around animals, especially dogs/cats. Nextdoor was a Veterinary hospital where I sought out volunteering in the interest of helping animals. As a child, I imagined I would work with animals in some way. When I was 6 years old, I decided to brush our Jack Russel Terrier’s teeth with a toothbrush! I have always treated our pets as family members. After graduating high school, I moved to Northern California for 11 years where I attended a junior college and started working with Rover. In 2017, I received a pet grooming certification after a 9 week advanced course from The West Coast Grooming Academy in Pasadena, CA. I have taken dog walking/training courses while also volunteering for a local animal rescue foundation! We recently moved here to Sebring and I am excited to be offering my services here. Independently I have gained work as a mobile pet groomer and have previously been employed at a Petco grooming salon. Because of my love for animals, I assure you any pets in my care will have a positive experience. This account is now shared between us, but my sister Kathy will be the primary caregiver and will be handling most of the communication, bookings, and day-to-day services. I have quite a busy schedule but I am always free to give my time for dogs and cats because they bring me so much joy. I am mostly free on weekends but I do offer a full Thursday as well. For Monday’s, I have Zoom meetings every week from 4:30pm-6:45pm so if that’s something I can work on while being with your pets, it works out! I can offer to take your pets for walks, or simply play with them in the yard, or just lay around and cuddle with them if they are the more relaxed kinds. I am not offering boarding at the moment, so any services I am offering, it will be held at your place set by your rules!
