“Tracey was our knight in shining armor for this trip. Our regular sitter at home backed out last minute and we had to bring our dog with us on vacation to a facility that didn’t allow pets. I was a wreck trying to figure out how to navigate the situation when I found Tracey who was only 5 mins away. She graciously took our Sophia in, who had never been away from us before, despite her being very nervous. I was also not 100% sure about the potty training situation since she had not stayed anywhere away from home before, but Tracey reassured me that it would be fine and took her in so we could enjoy our trip; mostly stress free. About: We own one dog and had two dogs before that. Dogs feel comfortable and loved here. No matter if short or long stays and big or small, old or young dog - there's always room and fun to be had. My husband and I grew up with dogs and can't be without. We have toys and some treats but individual dog-approved is always better. While I take any dog and treat it like my own I need to know in advance if there are medical or behavioral issues. For me, it's almost instinct. Family isn't a question of blood or legal relation; it's who you live and grow up with. If you have only one animal, you probably have a reason; I can keep them away from other animals(domestic or wild) if required. I know that pets need constant supervision, like a toddler, but with better hair. I will make sure they get breakfast and dinner(and lunch, if they get lunch), potty time every couple hours, and exercise(walks and play). About: I was raised in Colorado, spending my summers with all types of animals from dogs, cats, goats, cows, horses, and chickens. I am very comfortable around animals, especially dogs and cats. I have taken care of all ages of both dogs and cats from kittens and puppies to senior pets (Thanks Mom and Dad!). I have experience training basic commands to puppies, working with anxious dogs, and caring for senior dogs and cats. I am comfortable administering medications to puppies, special needs, or senior dogs. I am very reliable and aim to provide the best service to every pet and pet parent. I'm patient, kind and love animals. I recently switched from watching pets full-time back to technical writing with the Navy. I have an early schedule that allows me to spend a good part of the day with your pets. While I am at work, I have Furbo cameras set up so I can keep an eye on everyone and throw them treats if they are feeling restless. I have it set up where my dogs will be kept separate to ensure safety. I live in a 3-bedroom home with a large fenced yard and swimming pool. My entryway has double doors that adds a second layer of security for pets during drop-off and pick-up. I have 3 dogs of my own that are very friendly as we have been doing this for quite some time. The two little dogs keep to themselves as they are older. My golden loves every one and every thing. She makes for the perfect playmate. In case your dog is over-stimulated or just needs a break, I have a way to separate my dogs using baby gates so that we are all still together in the same living area but can rest. I also have four crates here, if needed. Safety is my number one priority!
About: We own one dog and had two dogs before that. Dogs feel comfortable and loved here. No matter if short or long stays and big or small, old or young dog - there's always room and fun to be had. My husband and I grew up with dogs and can't be without. We have toys and some treats but individual dog-approved is always better. When boarding a dog over a time period that requires feeding I expect food to be provided. While I take any dog and treat it like my own I need to know in advance if there are medical or behavioral issues. I'm a stay-at-home mom of four little ones (10-2yo) We get up early every morning and go to bed rather late. I have a fenced yard, a super friendly dog and my kids grew up with dogs so know how to treat/ not treat dogs. I can also separate dogs if needed. Dogs are always loosely supervised. I am a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling 3 out of 4 kids and so am extremely flexible to all needs of your fur baby. My yard is fenced in for drop-offs that enjoy outside and we have a separate room if a dog requires a calmer environment than the business of a bigger family. I grew up with various dogs and sized dogs. I know how to handle most tempers that are not aggressive. I understand every dog has its own personality and timeline. We have two cars so I am available to drive out for drop-ins and walking.
