About: Someone in my family always had a cat, and I always wanted to be friends because I could never have one. I learned the hard way very young that cat trust is hard earned. Once I was old enough, cats in need of homes fell into my lap and they have taught me more patience than I ever expected, especially when handling introducing new cats to established homes. About: I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. The first family who trusted me had quite the crew — two birds, a turtle, two senior cats, a dog, and even a couple of fish. Caring for their pets, especially the cats, taught me early on how important consistency and attention to routines can be. At this time, boarding is available only to dogs who already have an established walking, drop-in, or daycare relationship with me. However, I may modify or shorten the visit if continuing would increase stress or create a risk of injury. This is never done as punishment. It is a safety decision intended to prevent escalation and protect everyone involved. Any significant concerns will be clearly documented and communicated to you. 🛏️ Crate or confinement requirement for boarding For boarding stays, dogs must be comfortable resting safely in a crate, exercise pen, gated room, or behind another secure household barrier. This is a firm boarding requirement. At night, during meals when separation is needed, and anytime dogs cannot be directly supervised, boarding guests will be safely confined. This gives every animal appropriate space to rest and ensures all pets remain secure while I am sleeping, showering, completing household tasks, or briefly away from home. Crates and gated spaces are always used as calm, neutral resting areas, never as punishment. If your dog normally uses a crate, pen, gated room, or another confinement routine at home, please share the details with me so I can keep their stay as familiar and low-stress as possible. Dogs do not need to love being crated, but they must be able to tolerate safe confinement without panicking, attempting to escape, or injuring themselves. If your dog is not currently comfortable with any form of secure separation, boarding may not be the right fit at this time. In that case, drop-in care in their own home may be a safer and more comfortable alternative. This is non-negotiable.

About: I have had dogs most of my life that I helped take care. I ended up getting my own dog when I moved. I have my own place and love to have dogs stay while their parents are away. I work at Shands in the emergency room but have enough space for a safe pen when I’m away. I have a small dog park in my complex that I take my dogs to in the evening. I have 2 dogs that are friendly and enjoy making new friends. I also keep dogs separate when I am not home. We like to go to the dog park in the evenings when it’s not so hot

I work from home and love being able to be home with my little ones and pups. It's so refreshing to meet clients and hang out with cute new pups on the daily basis. I'm a home body and love to be able to hangout in our large nice backyard. I have a nice fenced back yard that is perfect for pups to burn some energy and play. Both my dogs are very social and trained and love being able to keep the fur crew entertained and happy. We truly love hosting and ensuring our guest feel comfortable and safe.
About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets, from dogs and cats to bearded dragons, sugar gliders, and parrots, and I’ve always had a huge soft spot for animals of all kinds. 🐾 I worked at Pet Supermarket from the time I was 16 until I was 22, and I also spent a year and a half in vet tech school. Caring for animals has always been something I truly love, and I’m happiest when I’m around them! I know how much our pets mean to us because they’re family, and I treat every pet I care for just like they’re my own. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so communication is really important to me. About: I have taken care of animals on my own since I was a child ranging from indoor pets of any kind you can think or to large animals on a farm. I started out pet sitting with my mother at a young age riding along and helping her. About: I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. The first family who trusted me had quite the crew — two birds, a turtle, two senior cats, a dog, and even a couple of fish. Caring for their pets, especially the cats, taught me early on how important consistency and attention to routines can be. Since then, I’ve cared for and walked many dogs while babysitting and nannying, both for short visits and overnight stays. I understand the level of detail it takes to help pets feel comfortable and to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own dog tore his ACL while I was in college, and for months I carried him up and down stairs while managing his recovery. He also had allergies that required daily medicated baths, a special diet, and multiple medications. He was clever enough to try to outsmart me when it came to pills, which taught me patience, creativity, and a sense of humor when caring for animals. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My goal is always happy pets and complete peace of mind for their owners. I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family.
About: I care very much for the well being of animals and want to make sure that the pets waiting for their owners feel safe with me. After work is usually when I will be able to, my work schedule is pretty random so I would work with the pet owners depending on how long they need me for. My backyard is nice and big enough to run around, but not secure enough for me to leave the pet alone back there. My front yard is nice too but needs the front gate fixed.
