About: We have had dogs for about 25 years and are skilled at caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. We recently lost our golden retriever of 15 years. We have a lot of doggy love to give and would love to share some of that with your pup. We live in a smoke free, single-family home in a gated community neighborhood. One of us works from home so there will always be somebody here to walk, feed, or even dispense medication on your schedule. No small children… Just lots of love. Right now, I have a 1 year old mixed breed (lab/catahoula shepherd) named Roo, and she is the most loving dog I have ever had! I would love to help take care of your best friend when you need some in-town help! I have kids at home, but I always have care arranged for them when I go out to do walks/drop ins so they don’t come with me on visits. I will treat your pets like they are my own, and I will be happy to make any special arrangements that will make you feel comfortable! About: I’ve had dogs since I was a little girl, and we got our first cat just a few years ago but they’ve seem to have fallen in love with me lol. My main concern is making sure your pet is happy and comfortable, doesn’t matter the situation. I’m very gentle with them and I always make sure to communicate or ask when necessary, I don’t want to assume and be wrong or not inform you if something happens. I am in college, I have classes 3 days a week, so I’m home quite a bit. I do not currently work so I’m typically free the remaining days. I volunteer/workout in my free time so I can be flexible! Just ask if a day/time works, I’ll do my best to accommodate! I’m in an apartment so I don’t have a lot of space inside. The complex does have a little fenced in dog area, and there are some dog parks in the area that I would be willing to go to if you have a more active pet. I don’t have anything toxic in the apartment, or in a place they could reach at least (medicines/rubbing alcohol, that sort of stuff). I also like going on longer walks, 20-30 min if the weather is nice.

I was lead dog handler at my previous job and I made sure all dogs in my care are safe and taken care of as if they are my own. I own 2 dogs, Kayden (6) a Pomeranian and Astro (4) a schnoodle. One of us works from home so there will always be somebody here to walk, feed, or even dispense medication on your schedule. No small children… Just lots of love. No small children in the home and we live in a dog-friendly, family, gated community. We have dog beds, toys, and bowls, but you are welcome to bring your pups favorites. No smoking or drugs… Just lots of love.
