One of my Boxers had an adverse reaction to a relatively new medication, and had to be taken to urgent care at 3am (the night before Thanksgiving). Kory was a total pro, from his communication, to his keen attention to the medication label & listed side effects. He reacted quickly, he put the dog's needs first in what I'm sure was an overwhelming and scary situation. We were completely stressing out since we had traveled away and only got the messages the next morning, but he made sure to send pictures, give us updates and call with news. It was not a good time for anyone, so if he decides to keep dog-sitting (hopefully!), I would trust him 100% with your pups, cause it was obvious he cared throughout.”

About: I accept same day bookings but there will be 2 dollar upcharge for my non-repeating customers the first time. I have a full time job currently I work 8am-5pm. On the occasions that I can not make your animal at all times but you still would like to book my wife has all the same credentials as me and can stop in also. During the summer my walking price is a bit elevated than drop in due to the weather. I’m currently working 7-3:45p Monday through Friday in office, so on weekdays I’m only available after 430p. My weekends are usually pretty open from morning to evening. My wife currently has THURS AND FRIDAY and after noon weekends in my home we have gates to keep taller dogs out unnecessary areas, and also a lot of brain games to keep dogs interested. I love going on walks and short runs with my own dogs.

I work from home and am available to attend to their needs day and night. I have a large backyard where they can play and enjoy themselves. I can also follow any routines preferred by owner if that is preferred. They can be inside the house and play out several times in the day. We also have a very friendly 20 pound spayed cockapoo. I knew Nigel was special since he began helping me with my dog but he went above and beyond, carrying a 65 pound pit bull home instead of dragging her and using harsh commands. About: Started dog-walking/-sitting in my pre-teens. Owned 3 dogs during this time (two part-Lab and one Great Dane. All rescues). Kept a small, growing business which consisted of walking or being paid to stay a week with a dog. This continued until early 20s. Have since continued to sit family's, friends', and family friends' dogs over the years. No matter the size or breed I always manage to find a friend in new dogs. Epileptic, old, and those requiring medicine are not a problem. Whether or not they adhere to commands isn't a problem. I've had very obedient dogs and known many that ran the house. Either way, we'll get along fine. I'm never out of the house for long. Maybe 4 hours max, but rarely more than 2. Our old lady used to need a lot of attention, so I'm used to life revolving around a dog upon entry, before leaving, and taking a break every 30 minutes to give some love. Fenced in yard. We have a designated spot in a public walkway for food and water but can move as needs depict. Doors to back rooms are shut when not being used. Nothing heavy or sharp that can fall or come in contact with your pet. We had a 17.5 year old so the house was made as safe as possible for her.

About: Although I work with humans in the medical field, helping animals has always been another passion of mine. Growing up I was the go to dog sitter for family and friends. Over the past 2 years I have become heavily involved at a local rescue. This has given me experience caring for all kinds of dogs (and cats!). Fostering animals in my home has taught me how to care for dogs of all ages and temperaments. I’ve also had to perform medicated baths and administer medications to dogs and cats. Kory was a total pro, from his communication, to his keen attention to the medication label & listed side effects. He reacted quickly, he put the dog's needs first in what I'm sure was an overwhelming and scary situation. We were completely stressing out since we had traveled away and only got the messages the next morning, but he made sure to send pictures, give us updates and call with news. It was not a good time for anyone, so if he decides to keep dog-sitting (hopefully!), I would trust him 100% with your pups, cause it was obvious he cared throughout.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for decades and will treat your babies like the royalty they are. My home is their home when they are here. I’m home all day with my three babies, so I have the capacity to frequently take your kiddos on walks & playtime out in the fenced yard I have three dogs on my own that are friendly after getting acclimated to other visiting dogs. I have a completely separate room if needed for solitude while boarding.
