“I’m convinced our cat thinks she is on vacation when she gets to go to Beth’s house. This is the second time we have left our cat with Beth and she got to stay for 2 weeks while we were out of country. Our cat is an old girl set in her ways and loves being around people.. She hates sleeping alone at night. So she goes to sleep over at Beth’s house (with no other animals there on our request so it’s less stress on the cat). Beth sends me pics daily which I love and is also mindful to check what frequency we want pictures. Our cat gets all the love, snuggles, treats and time on the porch she could hope for! Because of that, I’m happy caring for dogs that enjoy long walks, exercise, and plenty of playtime, while also understanding that some pets simply want companionship, cuddles, and a calm environment.
