About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs my entire life. At 18, I became a veterinary assistant and learned how to upgrade my level of knowledge and care for pets as well as learn how to take care of bunnies and a variety of reptiles. My veterinary knowledge and experience really helped my level of understanding pets in a multitude of ways whether it’s understand their social cues, behaviors, or even if there’s a medical episode happening which can be hard to notice. My current 2 dogs are both trained in which I personally trained one of them myself. Over the years, I’ve learned how to crate train dogs, correct behaviors the proper way, and trick-train. I do also know how to teach dogs a variety of words as a form of behavior training. I’ve also taken care of many senior dogs and cats, ranging from seniors with minimal health issues to a variety of health issues. I am skilled in administering medications as well. I also ensure that all the pets I take care of get lots of love, attention, and that they are in a stress and fear free environment. I am always home and available anytime and any day. I am available for any type of service needed and am always willing to work things out with existing or potential clients. I do not have a fenced backyard so I will ensure anytime I take dogs outside, they are leashed. All dogs are allowed to free-roam in my house and if they need to be crated for some time, that is no problem. I am very attentive and observant of pets. I keep note of when pets in my home drink water so I know when they may need to go outside to use the bathroom next. I am also very cautious of the items in my household. There is nothing toxic or anything edible in reach of pets. All food and cleaning supplies is put away in a cabinet or pantry. I am also fully aware of the different foods that are toxic to different kinds of pets so I know what needs to be be locked away at all times. When traveling to a clients home, I ensure I spend quality time with their pets. “Jake took care of my dog, Flint, from 2/13/26–2/17/26, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. He sent daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was on vacation. When he noticed any concerns, he used the troubleshooting steps I had authorized beforehand and handled things independently, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, Jake did everything he could to make Flint feel like part of his family and helped him adjust and stay comfortable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the pets he watches. I would absolutely trust Jake with Flint again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and compassionate sitter.”

“Walden had a great stay! I get nervous leaving him in new places, but it quickly became clear that he was having a great time and was well taken care of. I was updated every day with some great pictures and informative updates even though it was the thanksgiving holidays! Shelley and Chris were also very flexible. I had a scheduling mix up, and they graciously extended Walden’s stay another day with no issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and would definitely book again!”

“Heather was fantastic. She housed our huge German Shepard while we were away for a week. She agreed to do a meet n greet before hand and it went great. We spent about 45 mins together with my big fur baby, making sure they were a good fit and thankfully they were. Heather sent me photos everyday and honestly, most of them looked professional. 😁 We intend on printing a few to frame. We had all kinds of delays and flight cancelations and Heather was way past understanding as well. She had no problem keeping Delta an extra day. She made that portion of the stressful trip, NOT stressful for us. I would absolutely recommend Heather, and I would definitely use her again in the future! ❤️”
