About: I have been dog sitting since I was about for about 7 years for neighbors and friends. I have also walked my elderly neighbor's dog for them when they were unable to. I am currently working full time but I love to go on long walks in my spare time! I enjoy being outside and meeting new fur babies. Depending on how you request, I could meet you at your front door or come into your home to retrieve your fur baby to take them on a walk. I do understand that living in Florida where is mostly hot and humid and some dogs cannot handle the heat or become exhausted easily. However long you request to have your dog walked I will bring a water bowl for your pet to stay hydrated. :) I am currently working full time but I am trying to open up my schedule more by the end of summer. But I am currently available on the weekends and some days during the week. I can be flexible to just message me and I will let you know! Walking your dog around your neighborhood where your fur baby is familiar is important to me! I will make sure your fur baby has plenty of water and time to enjoy themselves on our walk. For drop ins I will sit with your baby as long as is needed. Making sure they get cuddles, stimulation, meds, and just some human time.

This way you and your dog will be more comfortable when you leave them in my care since it will not be the first time we have met when you drop them off leading to less stress when you leave. Criteria: Activity level low to medium. Absolutely no puppies. No dogs that bark at everything (unless someone knocks at the door) or dogs with separation anxiety. I’ve cared for dogs from 3-month-old puppies all the way to 15-year-old seniors, along with cats and even chickens. Every pet has their own little personality and routine, and I love getting to know what makes them comfortable and happy. Whether that means lots of walks and playtime, extra attention, or just having someone there to keep them company, I want them to feel just as loved and cared for while you’re away. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone, and I always care for them like I would my own. I work remotely most of the time, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m home throughout the day. I also love getting my steps in, so I’m always happy to have a dog join me for a walk! Working from home makes it easy for me to fit in walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day without disrupting their normal routine. I’m very clean and respectful of both your home and your pet’s routine. I know it can feel a little nerve-racking having someone stay in your space while you’re away, so I always make sure I leave things just as I found them. When it comes to your pets, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible, including meals, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and whatever else makes them feel comfortable at home. I grew up with mostly dogs and cats but I have had pigs, rabbits, fish, and hamsters so I am very good with caring for all different kinds of animals. I would love to see your pup routinely, but I also accept same-day bookings on these days! My availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays is limited to early mornings, which will need to be scheduled the day before at the latest! Your pet’s safety and your trust are my top priorities. If you so choose, I would love to have a meet-and-greet before our first booking, but this is not required! During walks, I stay attentive to our surroundings and provide extra space from unfamiliar dogs, wildlife, traffic, or anything else that could make your dog uncomfortable or overly excited. I will never allow your dog off leash or introduce them to another animal. Living in Florida, I always monitor the weather, pavement temperature, and your dog’s behavior and will adjust the intensity of our activity accordingly. For drop-ins, I will carefully follow all feeding, medication, potty, play, and home-security instructions. I’ll also send lots of photos and a detailed update after each visit so you know how your pet is doing!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of numerous breeds since I was 12 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk and feed their dogs. Dogs can sense my good nature, and feel safe and comfortably being handled by me, and they’re usually not reluctant to share affection with me. 😊 I have 4 days off per week to care for pets. The other 3 days I work 6 hours fairly close to my house so I can return home quickly. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room for your pet to explore and release all of its energy. I also like going on walks. I’m happy to provide attention to a pet that needs it in the home. I will pet and play fetch or other games as needed.
About: I grew up on a farm on the east coast of Florida & I once was a member of 4-H agriculture club. I own animals of my own; horses, dogs & chickens! I am currently working as a PRN nurse “as needed”, 3days a week. I also have weekend availability and know my schedule a month ahead of time. I have a fully fenced in large back yard and a lab/husky 10yr old dog who is friendly with any animal. I also am wanting to dog sit to have a buddy for him to play with!
