“Katie is amazing! She’s a true cat person that understands cats and how to make them comfortable. Katie had our shy kitty interacting and playing with her on the first visit. She always provided great pictures and updates. Our family felt 100% comforted that our kitty was well cared for while we were away. Side note - We had a water leak while we were away. Katie is a problem solver and acted with urgency. She texted and called us as soon as the leak was discovered. She was able to turn the water off and clean up the water. This saved us replacing our wood floor and lots of $$$. We couldn’t recommend Katie more and we will be requesting her service next time we are away for kitty companionship!”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for years. I have rescued 4, and I enjoy every breed. I worked at a veterinary clinic for 2 years which allowed me to gain experience in administering medicine, and keeping animal spaces clean. I am currently a full time student athlete, so I am busy. However, that never stopped me from taking care of my animals at home. Going on walks and playing with animals is a genuine experience that relieves me of the stresses in college. About: Started dog-walking/-sitting in my pre-teens. Owned 3 dogs during this time (two part-Lab and one Great Dane. All rescues). Kept a small, growing business which consisted of walking or being paid to stay a week with a dog. This continued until early 20s. Have since continued to sit family's, friends', and family friends' dogs over the years. No matter the size or breed I always manage to find a friend in new dogs. Epileptic, old, and those requiring medicine are not a problem. Whether or not they adhere to commands isn't a problem. I've had very obedient dogs and known many that ran the house. Either way, we'll get along fine. I'm never out of the house for long. Maybe 4 hours max, but rarely more than 2. Our old lady used to need a lot of attention, so I'm used to life revolving around a dog upon entry, before leaving, and taking a break every 30 minutes to give some love. Fenced in yard. We have a designated spot in a public walkway for food and water but can move as needs depict. Doors to back rooms are shut when not being used. Nothing heavy or sharp that can fall or come in contact with your pet. We had a 17.5 year old so the house was made as safe as possible for her.

I am currently training with a Pro soccer team and have a lot of time at noon and evenings…I can also walk/feed/care early in the mornings as well! Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications (if applicable), and daily routines. During walks, I keep dogs on a secure leash, avoid unsafe or overly crowded areas, and make sure they have access to water when needed. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat their home with respect, keep it clean, and make sure pets feel comfortable by sticking to their normal routine. I'll also provide regular updates with photos and messages so you know your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.
About: Hello! I am a responsible, energetic, and flexible young professional who loves meeting and caring for new dogs! After moving to Tampa from up north in Maryland, I was so sad to have to leave my labradoodle, Buster, at home. I have missed caring for a dog of my own, so what better remedy than taking care of new pups from around my neighborhood! I have several years of pet care experience, from the puppy stage all the way to adult. I love taking walks on Bayshore, and am close to several outdoor parks! I am available every day in the afternoon/evening, and generally in the early mornings. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for decades and will treat your babies like the royalty they are. My home is their home when they are here. I’m home all day with my three babies, so I have the capacity to frequently take your kiddos on walks & playtime out in the fenced yard I have three dogs on my own that are friendly after getting acclimated to other visiting dogs. I have a completely separate room if needed for solitude while boarding.
