“I absolutely could not have found a better couple to take care of my beautiful 12 lb Shih Tzu. I never let anyone take care of him but I had to because I was visiting here and they answered quickly and I was so overjoyed. I'm so blessed to have found them so quickly and my Giovanni was so blessed to have them take care of him. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet boy and giving him a happy home for 6 nights. You all are amazing! God bless you.”

“We are completely ecstatic about the care that our dog Sheriff received while staying with Nicole and her family. We felt like Sheriff was getting the same love and care we provide. We highly recommend Nicole to anyone who needs their pet cared for ❤️”

About: I'm a retired software developer living in The Villages. I was a pet sitter with a former partner for many years and I've started doing it again now that I have more free time. I love spending time with animals, primarily dogs. My wife and I have two girls, an 8-year-old Boston Terrier and a 5-year-old Boxer and they have a large backyard for running and playing. Our own dogs are the focus of my attention first thing in the morning and your pets would be a part of our pack. Their schedule is my schedule. We have a large backyard that is completely fenced in, so plenty of space to run and play. We always separate the dogs during feeding time, regardless of their disposition and behavioral history. They also enjoy "pack walks" in a very dog friendly neighborhood here in The Villages.
“This was the second time Mary has kept Sadie for me and I wish I could leave 10 stars. She and Marc are exceptional. They both love dogs and it definitely shows in the care they provide. I love all the updates and adorable pictures they texted me each day. Thank you both for taking such great care of Sadie.”

“We used Anne for the first time for a weekend overnight at her home with our dog. She arranged for us to meet before the weekend to get everyone comfortable, which was very much appreciated. During our dog's stay, Anne stayed in touch with videos and photos. The visit was a huge success! We recommend Anne for anyone looking for dog watching services.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Elisa while she cared for our dog, Lia. This was our first time using Elisa’s services, and she immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that Lia was in great hands. Throughout Lia’s stay, Elisa kept us updated with daily messages and photos, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see how well Lia was doing. She was also very attentive to Lia’s eating habits and took the time to ensure she ate her full meals, something we truly appreciated. Elisa’s care, communication, and genuine attention to Lia’s needs exceeded our expectations. We can honestly say that we will be bringing Lia back to Elisa in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.”

“Needed to board our dog max for 2 weeks during an international trip at the last minute. They were both very friendly and accommodating of our dog! Will definitely book again!”

“Stefhany was great! I left my babies with her for a whole week while I was on vacation and every single day she sent me pictures and videos! I am so grateful for her and her kids who loved the doggies, and took great care of them. I am definitely rebooking with Stefhany again! Thank you so much! I was able to enjoy my trip and be at peace knowing that Toby and Roxy were in good hands.”

“Nola was fantastic with my Johnny. He is a very nervous and and needy dog. Being a rescue and was abused pretty badI was worried he would need and require too much with the other dogs there. But she handled him just fine. She even sent me pics of him during his stay. He did great she did fantastic with him. I will definitely use her again. And refer her to all my friends and family. Thanks Nola for all the love.”

“Once again, I truly hate to review this true gem for fear she will be booked in the future. Such a loving and caring home. You could not ask for a better temporary home for your pet. You need to have no qualms about leaving your pet in Linda's care. She is a true pet lover and very generous with the care and attention she showers on your pet. My best advice? Don't book her so she will be available for me on my next trip!”

“Kelly made Zeus very comfortable and got plenty of exercise. We will definitely book with Kelly in future. I have a neighbor that will be reaching out as soon as I give her the information. Thank you Kelly.”

“Alexus was great! She communicated with us. She sent us pictures and every time I checked in she responded, and she took very good care of our children!! She’s awesome I highly recommend her!”

“Rudder had an awesome time with Jerarline and the other dogs she was watching! She was fine even though he is super high energy and wants to play all the time. I got him home and now all he is doing is sleeping!”
“Kaitilin was amazing! She played with Bailey, made her feel comfortable. Sent me looks of pictures. She made me feel like Bailey was in great hands while I was away. I am so happy I found her!!!”

“Brittany was very caring to our dog Max while we were away for a week. She made sure he was well fed and had no problem giving him his oral meds. Will use her again.”

About: I’ve had cats in the past and cared for them deeply as part of my home, including a rescue cat who was incredibly sweet and affectionate—we loved him very much and he was truly part of our family. Currently, I care for a stray cat named Whiskers, making sure he is fed, safe, and comfortable every day. This has given me experience with independent and outdoor cats, as well as understanding their behavior and needs. Living in Florida, I’ve also experienced emergency situations like hurricanes with pets, so I take safety and preparedness very seriously. Your cat’s well-being, comfort, and routine will always be my priority. What sets me apart is the level of attention and genuine care I give. I don’t just stop by—I take time to observe how each cat is doing, respect their personality, and make sure they feel safe, calm, and cared for.

About: I have had two dogs in my life, a small dog and big dog…both with the most loving hearts. I may be allergic to dogs but their love makes the sniffles worth it! About: I have always had a 4 legged animals in the house since I can remember. It started with cats, then dogs, then horses. I have competitively shown horses (Dressage) for over a decade now. I have been cat/dog sitting and dog walking in the Villages for 3 years now. I currently live in Middleton with my husband and newborn daughter. I own a 6 year old blue-heeler/lab mix, Ellie, so I understand what energetic dogs need. I also have a cat of my own, Autumn, he is a Maincoon. Outside of animals, I have been a nanny for 6 years with families who had dogs/cats. I work at the Villages Charter School. My hours are 7:00am to 2:30pm during the school year (August-May) During the summer, my schedule is flexible. I normally have my clients leave detailed instructions of their pets schedules and any medications they need/at what time they need them. When it comes to walking pups, I just ask you leave their leash and collar out and doggy bags if you have any.

About: I’m a recent Washington State University graduate with over four years of housesitting experience caring for a variety of animals, including cats and dogs. While I grew up with dogs, I’ve spent many years caring for cats with all kinds of personalities, whether they are playful, curious kittens to calm, independent seniors. I know that every cat is different, and I’m attentive to their individual routines, comfort levels, and boundaries. I’ve cared for young kittens who need extra playtime and structure, as well as senior cats who may require medication, gentle handling, or a quiet environment. If your cat loves interactive play, cozy lap time, or simply having a calm presence nearby, I’m more than happy to meet them where they are! It’s very important to me to treat each pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away!
“Misty came by for a third meet and greet with Mia and we went over feeding instructions and the walking route for her morning post breakfast walk. Mia recognized Misty and was wagging her tail. Misty was good with Mia and there were no problems walking, or coming in the house. Misty was on time, even for early morning visit which was appreciated. Thanks!”

“Maryjane was fantastic while dog sitting my puppy for three days! She was very accommodating with times I could drop and pick him up and Milo loved going there! We will definitely be using her again! Thank you Maryjane!”

“Always know that Marshall will be well looked-after in Adrienne’s home. Very professional and quick to respond. Marshall had a good time there today! We can always tell by how he behaves after we pick him up. 🥰”

“Sadie really loves staying with Julia and playing with her dogs. Julia sent us three pictures of Sadie while she was there and she was interacting with her dog. Julia sent us a report of all the “business” Sadie did while there and overall kept us informed. We are looking forward to having Sadie stay with Julia again.”

“Mary was amazing with my dog Bella, who can be anxious in new settings. At our ‘meet and greet’ Mary came up with suggestions to ensure the visit would be successful. Because of Mary’s planning and patience, by the time I left her house Bella was relaxed and laying down. Mary and her calm, beautifully behaved dog made the house an oasis. While I was gone, Mary walked Bella when she became anxious and when I arrived to get her, Bella was completely relaxed. You can see the love that Mary has for animals and how well she reads and understands them. I am already planning to book with Mary again!”

Animals seem to like and trust me, so much so that my wife calls me the animal whisperer. :) I'm retired and am available every day of the week unless I'm out of town visiting relatives in North Carolina. If your pet requires being crated at night etc that's no problem.

Having grown up with dogs and shared every phase of my life with these furry friends, they've become more than pets to me – they're family. About: Hello - I offer personalized 1-on-1 care in my quiet, smoke-free, child-free home — one dog at a time, alongside my own senior dog, Benjie. Your pup gets my full attention in a calm, clean home, not a chaotic boarding situation. I specialize in small and medium-sized dogs and have a special place in my heart for seniors. Benjie has a heart condition, so I genuinely understand medication schedules, gentle routines, and the patience senior dogs need to feel truly at ease. My home has a secure, well-maintained fenced yard for safe outdoor time, potty breaks, and play. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and great at following instructions carefully. Feeding schedules, medications, special needs — nothing gets missed. My faith guides how I care for every dog entrusted to me: with love, compassion, and kindness. My goal is simple — for you to be away with complete peace of mind, knowing your dog is safe, happy, and loved. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around your dog’s individual needs and routine. Mornings start with a potty break, a neighborhood walk, and breakfast — then we settle into a relaxed, easy pace for the rest of the day. Depending on your dog’s personality and energy level, their day may include gentle playtime, sunbathing in the fenced backyard, cozy naps, cuddle time, and sweet companionship with Benjie. I especially love caring for seniors and understand the importance of patience, a slower pace, and keeping a consistent routine that helps them feel secure and at ease. My goal is simple — for your dog to feel safe, loved, and truly at home while you’re away. Your dog will enjoy a calm, safe stay in my clean, peaceful home with a secure fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and potty breaks. I intentionally accept only one client dog at a time, so your pup gets focused 1-on-1 attention and a consistent routine throughout the day — not a crowded, stressful environment. I carefully follow all feeding schedules, medication instructions, and special care requests to the letter. You’ll also receive regular updates so you’re never left wondering how your dog is doing. I specialize in small and medium-sized dogs and especially welcome seniors, who tend to thrive in a quieter home setting like mine. Your pup will also have a sweet companion in Benjie, my gentle 25-pound senior dog, who loves having friends visit.

I work from home so I am available for many dogs needs. I am used to high energy dogs and one of my Aussies loves to play and run and run some more, so if you have an active dog they will be worn out when you get them home. I also have an older small dog in my family that is blind and deaf so I am used to that as well. I work from home and am available to take out your dogs for breaks quite a lot. I am available 24/7 unless I already have been booked. I have a large fenced in pasture that will be used for the dogs to run around and play in, my personal dogs are high energy so I can promise that most dogs will be worn out when they get home. “My golden doodle, Brandy had her first sleep over with Charles and she loved it! While there, Brandy was treated like family. She was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I received pictures of Brandy and updates. The yard is incredibly big, fenced in, lots of shade. This is a perfect place for any dog to be!”

At this time, I do not offer care in my own home, but I am more than happy to provide drop-in visits or overnight housesitting in your home where your pet feels most secure. I will most definitely work hard to maintain their normal schedule, feeding routines, exercise, and any special instructions you may provide me. Additionally, I’m very respectful of clients’ homes and treat them with the same care and responsibility I would my own. Clear communication is also very important to me, so I’m always happy to provide updates, photos, and any checkins you might want for peace of mind when you’re away!

“Matt did a fantastic job with Lily. He followed all of my specific instructions to keep her safe and shared pictures and videos of their walk so I was able to see how happy she was to go on her usual route. Matt clearly loves dogs and was willing to take on the challenge of a very large and strong GSD while others weren't. I would gladly hire him again.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10 years old. I have two dogs of my own and have taken care of them my whole life. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I will do my best to do what I can to take care of your pets the way you would want me to take care of them. I have two dogs at home, I take great care of them and would love to be able to help you take care of yours as well.
“Anthony was awesome! Aldo def loved the attention from him and is exited for more walks in the future. Anthony followed all my instructions and took care of everything Aldo needed. Thanks!”

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals including cats and dogs! I genuinely love animals, and I think they are the greatest things on earth! I currently only work part time so I am available evenings and nights as well as all day Friday through Monday! I look forward to serving you! I unfortunately will not be housing animals in my home, only will be providing drop in visits to check in walk feed and love on animals at this time.

“Idalis and her family were awesome! Made our first sitter experience very easy. Answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. Will definitely be using them again in the future for our puppy. He seems to have had a great time!”

“Melissa was excellent and Sam and Bailey really took to Melissa. We were kept in constant communication and she made their visit personable. They were relaxed and felt like they were home. We appreciate the way she cared for our fur babies. We will definitely use Mellisa any time we are out of town. She cared for Sam and Bailey as we would.”

“Absolutely wonderful people and wonderful dog sitter! My pup was super happy and was treated so well! Will definitely be in touch for dogsitting again! Thank you so much!”

“Viviana and her entire family really take great care of my Lulu. She is a small yorkie puppy and very anxious. She is always cuddled with someone or another dog and never alone. I’m so happy I found them.”

“I can’t say enough about Sarah! She was absolutely wonderful. I had to extend several times and she was so accommodating. Thank you Sarah for taking care of my boys! You are the best!”

“Krista was wonderful taking care of our family member while we were out for a week. Love her daily updates and pictures! Krista was also generous with her time and gave us additional time to pick up our little one after a 6 hour flight delay.”

“I felt at ease that Wilfredo took care of for a week. He just did not watch my dog but trained him a bit. He has a big heart for dogs in handling them and I highly recommend him.”

“Shayla is wonderful. Shaggy came home happy and full of zest and for an old dog, that's great. Shayla's home has plenty of room for playing and exploring (something Shaggy does a lot of). She sent me many pictures while I was out of town and they are all keepers.”
