“During my stay in the Panhandle, I quickly realized many of the beaches were not pet friendly, so I was in need of a last minute sitter for my pup Sammi. Sammi originally stayed with Aurora for 2 nights, but she had such a great time that I allowed her to go back for a third 🙂 Aurora does an exceptional job of making sure your pup is comfortable in her home. She takes special note of the things they enjoy, their triggers/traumas…and operates accordingly. Not to mention, she takes the most stunning photos of your dog and sends multiple updates throughout the day, so you aren’t left to wonder how they are doing. Sammi came home happy and slept like baby on our 8 hour road trip to South Carolina after her stay. It’s safe to say, Aurora will be my go to sitter anytime I am in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Crysta was AMAZING!! I had a unique request: help me get my three dogs to my wedding. Our dogs are a very big part of our lives and we knew our wedding wouldn’t be complete without them. We’ve always dreamed that at our wedding we would be surrounded by our family and friends and our dogs are the most important members of our family. Crysta made our wedding complete! She stepped in when no one else could and accepted the request without hesitation. I scheduled a meet and greet just to make sure she got to meet them first and we talked through our wedding timeline. I asked Crysta to be at our Airbnb for 4 pm, let them have a quick potty break, and take them about 15 minutes down the road to our venue, wait while we take some family photos with the pups, then bring them back to our Airbnb. Let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations TREMENDOUSLY!! She arrived out our house around 3:30, let them have a longer potty break than I asked for, and made it to my venue ONE WHOLE HOUR before the wedding started. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were cared for and got to and from the venue safely. I’m not from Destin, I was just in town for the wedding from Houston, but whenever I am back in town and need help with our dogs, she will be the FIRST person I call. She was so kind and friendly and she treated our dogs like they were her own. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I found Crysta. I think my dogs were just as happy, they loved her!! She sent me some cute pics too. Thank you so much Crysta!! You made our dream come true! ♥️”

I currently do college classes online so I have plenty of free time for drop-in visits, walks, or overnight stays. I have tons of free time and attention to focus on your pet! I have a fenced yard as well as a medium sized crate if you’re not comfortable with your dog staying out in the house. I also have one dog of my own who loves making friends so your pet(s) will never be lonely!
About: Hi there! My name is Juliette and any dog I’ve met I have loved like my own! Growing up, I had my German Shepherd, 3 hamsters, and hand raised 3 birds. From pet sitting, long or short walks, boarding and of course taking care of our own pets, I’ve got experience with it all! I’ve also administered medication to dogs of all ages and sizes. I am currently a student at Florida State University and take majority online classes, so I am available at almost any time to help assist in the care of your furry friend. Safety, trust, and a nurturing environment are at the heart of how I care for pets, whether in my home or a client’s. Sammi originally stayed with Aurora for 2 nights, but she had such a great time that I allowed her to go back for a third 🙂 Aurora does an exceptional job of making sure your pup is comfortable in her home. She takes special note of the things they enjoy, their triggers/traumas…and operates accordingly. Not to mention, she takes the most stunning photos of your dog and sends multiple updates throughout the day, so you aren’t left to wonder how they are doing. Sammi came home happy and slept like baby on our 8 hour road trip to South Carolina after her stay. It’s safe to say, Aurora will be my go to sitter anytime I am in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! It is my goal to at least work part time on top of another part time job! :) I have an apartment where I can keep pets for a short amount of time; we have a nice walking area and a dog park.
“Pepper clearly had a wonderful time with Dakota's family. Lots of play time with other dogs, lots of cuddle time with her children, and lots of attention. Pepper was also the model for a great drawing from Dakota's daughter, and that drawing now is posted on my refrigerator! During the recent snowstorm, a rarity in this part of Arkansas, Pepper enjoyed the experience with Dakota's family her dogs.Will certainly bring her back for another visit when it's time!”
