My Pitty is very friendly, she has been purposefully and extensively socialized so that we can do this work together. The atmosphere here is serene and I’d love to share that with more pups in my neighborhood! Currently I work part-time from home and I’m hoping to supplement some lost income with something I enjoy. That will benefit my pup and my neighbors pups! Since I work from home I can offer my services any day of the week for boarding or sitting. I cannot help but empathize with animals. About: I have years of experience with dogs big and small, reptiles and pocket pets. I have a 11 month Coonhound mix that I rescued from Nate’s and I spoil him everyday. I’ve volunteered as Veterinary Assistant at the HSSC animal clinic, worked in a dog daycare and boarding facility for over a year. I have experience working with dogs with medical attention. The last 3 years I had a Boston(Sailor) with Epilepsy and would give medication around the clock and experienced with recognizing and handling seizures. Your loved pets are my new family. I’m currently part time and have a flexible schedule. Lots of my mornings and afternoons are free to take care of your pups needs like meals, medication, play time and walks. Or just to have the company of another! I have a friendly playful dog that can keep them company and play. I enjoy going to the park when the weather allows it so we can get fresh air and exercise. I like to leave the tv on nature channel with relaxing sounds to keep them comfortable if I’m not around. When it seems they are getting board I like to give enrichment toys filled with yummy healthy treats. And I’m the cuddling type if they allow it.

About: I’ve grown up with many animals for years, but it all started with my first dog Luna when I was 6! She’s now very old and my mom and I do our best to treat her with care and patience. We’ve had times where we’ve had to take her to the vet, give her medicines, and adjust her diet to benefit her health. She’s been on my side all my life, and so have I! Whenever I could, I would hug and kiss all of my animals to show them that neglect is not a part of this household. I often walk her afterschool and I always let her sleep with me when she wants (she has the attitude of a queen)! I sometimes would pull out her old toy and play with her, but gently enough not to strain her! Regardless of the circumstances, I’ve given every animal all the care I could. Not only does it help them, but it makes me happy! To see an animal enjoying my company has to be one of the greatest feelings in the world, and that connection is better than anything! Due to college, I am only available for the last half of Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday! But, I will be updating my availability if anything pops up and I’ll openly talk about scheduling with clients ☀️☀️ How I care for pets all depends on the environment and their needs! Living in a small home with limited grass space, I often times take all of my animals outside and chill with them! I’m a college student taking three online courses, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I’m also shadowing for OT and PT three days a week, but outside of those hours I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with pets. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so pet care is something I’m excited to make part of my weekly routine. Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any house rules they have in place. I know consistency helps pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s behavior, keep a clean and safe environment, and always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and food areas are secure. During walks, I stay alert to surroundings and make safety my main focus. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident knowing their pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I’m 22 years old and have grown up with cats and dogs in my household my whole life. My family and I have always had at least 1 dog and 4 cats in our household at all times, so I’m very familiar with taking care of both cats and dogs. I’m currently just taking summer classes online and am not starting my part time job again for a month. “Tara and Justin are AMAZING!!!! We recently moved to Sarasota and were worried we wouldn't find anyone to care for our dogs since we don't know anyone in the area. I went on over and found Tara and Justin. They first watched our 2 doodles for an overnight (at my request) to make sure they were a good fit. Everything went great, so we booked them again for a week while we were out of town and they truly treated them as if they were part of their family! They sent us numerous photos (sometimes multiple times a day) of them playing, cuddling on the couch and playing with their 5 yr old son.
