About: Though I do not have a yard, I do understand the importance of daily activity (especially for dogs) and in regards to that, I live in close proximity to two dog parks. Growing up around different animals, I’ve grown fond, familiar, and comfortable with caring for different species (from rodents to felines and canines and pretty much anything in between). Although her yard is not fenced in, and no other dogs were in the house that day, I was pleased that she took Wren for a walk in the park across the street from her house, and let him play with some other dogs that were there at the time. About: I have had 4 large dogs of my own, and cared for countless neighborhood and friends' dogs in my adult life. I am comfortable and have experience with administering meds, monitoring health, following through on training, and simply loving up dogs as I am known as the "dog whisperer" amongst those who know me! I work from home and I am an empty nester with my own giant breed senior dog who doesn't love walking much anymore so I would love to get out and about with other dogs who could use some attention during the work day! I have a screened in lanai and I have gates/doors within my all tile home in order to keep dogs separated when necessary. All dogs are leashed when outside of my home or lanai.
About: I really enjoy being outdoors and walking my dogs regularly, since I was able to take a few steps I've enjoyed walking dogs. I have always felt I have a good connection with animals in general (except spiders). I understand you must be patient when taking dogs for a walk as some dogs may be older and have different needs. I've had dogs as small as chihuahuas to yellow labs. I volunteer at animal services and Born Free animal shelter when I can. I really care about the well being of dogs and their happiness. I can bring treats on our walk or any toy they enjoy. I am very athletic so I have no problem running with the dog(s) either. I understand the importance of being able to trust that your animals are in safe hands♥️ I teach at a local elementary school so afternoons work best for me! I’m available any time of day on the weekends. My husband is home during the day and is able to help out as well if your baby is at our house The safety of your pet and of mine are my number one priority. If I’m taking care of your baby at my house, The animals will not ever be left alone, especially if it’s a new introduction. And if I’m coming to you, any and all detailed directions are very much appreciated.
About: I have owned cats and dogs my entire life. I have done various pet sitting jobs for neighbors, friends, and family, as well as for the awesome client base that I have built through Rover and through word of mouth. “I had to take medical leave out of state and wanted my fur baby nearby for the month I would be unavailable. I interviewed three prospects in the area and settled on Alondra due to her consistency and confidence. I was not wrong. Alondra and her husband Franco and their two boys soon became GOATs second family. Their dog Alika, his BFF. They were so good about walking per my instructions early in the mornings and late evenings to ensure the Florida heat was not an issue. In addition, I received and abundance of videos and pictures and texts throughout every day. She stayed available to receive phone calls as well. Alondra, along with her entire family provided the bestest care for my baby boi. He's a dalmatian and they are very high energy dogs, so she worked hard to keep his energy levels in check with daily walls and playtime in their beautiful backyard. We have actually become friends through this experience and I could not be more excited to share their dedication and love. If you ever need to take a break from life and want an affordable and extremely caring experience for yourself and your pup, I highly recommend leaving your pup with Alondra and her family!!!”
