About: My husband and I live in SoDo next to Lake Davis which has a wonderful walking path, wildlife and lots of neighbors walking their own dogs. We have two mini dachshunds named porter and Barley, and we love our fur children. We have a big, fenced-in backyard for zoomies. Barley is the co-founder of Dachshunds of Orlando meet up group every 1st Sat and 3rd Sun of the month at Lake Druid Dog Park. Find us on Facebook! Barley prefers to hang out with small dogs like himself but is good with all people and dogs. We would love to watch Dachshunds. If your dog stays with us we will take extra precaution to make sure they have their own private space when left alone.

I also have experience working over two years in an animal shelter taking care of both dogs and cats. About: I've grown up around animals my whole life, so taking care of pets has always been second nature to me. We always had three cats and a dog at home, so I'm used to everything from daily walks and feeding to playtime, cuddles, and cleaning up the occasional mess. No matter what day it is, I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you're away. I'm also happy to work with your pet's normal routine whenever possible! I know every pet has their own routine, and I do my best to stick to it so they feel as comfortable as possible while you're away.
