About: I've been pet-sitting for friends, family, and referrals for the past 10 years. Yorkies, Doodles, Dachshunds, and other mixed breed dogs, cats, and birds. I love caring for pets, especially cats and dogs and keeping them on their routines, feeling safe and loved while their owners are away. About: I've taken car of dogs my whole life! We have always had at least one dog in our house. Growing up my family was a very dog oriented house we had rat terriers, shih tuzs, schaunzer, golden retriever. Right now my family back at home has a couple of dogs from the shelter a beagle named Nikki, a yorkie/jack Russell mix named Bob and a cute one eyed shih tzu named Dee. Ever since I was old enough I was the one who trained our dogs. I taught them how to be potty trained, how to stay in the yard, as well as cute tricks. Bob is the best at this he even can play dead dramatically by walking around and rolling onto his belly after some dramatics. Since my family has always had shelter dogs we have had puppies all the way to mature dogs. I have learned through experience how to deal with many different types of dogs who have had many different personalities. I also had experience of giving our different dogs different medications on schedule. I miss my dogs at home and can't wait to give your pup lots of love and attention! I work from home part time and am a gig worker. I am home a majority of the time besides a little bit of errand running and when I have gigs. I'm pretty flexible and have lots of free time for walks, belly rubs, playtime and anything else your pup wants. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury apartment that has a special pet area on site. I moved down to Florida six years ago and my dogs stayed with my family and I miss them a ton. This has been the first time in my life that I haven't had a dog, I was in college and didn't have the proper amount of time to devote to one. Now I'm graduated and work mainly from home so I have lots of time and love to give to your special pet.

About: Beginning in childhood, I’ve had several dog breeds (over 20!) that I’ve been tasked to take care of, play with, keep healthy and whose needs I’ve grown to pay attention to and understand. I adore animals and I approach them gently and mindfully, always considering what support will help prolong their lifespan and keep them happy, yet trained and behaved. My friends and family often call on me to either keep their pets company, train or housesit them, and I’m always more than happy to spend time with their animals. Growing up my family was a very dog oriented house we had rat terriers, shih tuzs, schaunzer, golden retriever. Right now my family back at home has a couple of dogs from the shelter a beagle named Nikki, a yorkie/jack Russell mix named Bob and a cute one eyed shih tzu named Dee. Ever since I was old enough I was the one who trained our dogs. I taught them how to be potty trained, how to stay in the yard, as well as cute tricks. Bob is the best at this he even can play dead dramatically by walking around and rolling onto his belly after some dramatics. Since my family has always had shelter dogs we have had puppies all the way to mature dogs. I have learned through experience how to deal with many different types of dogs who have had many different personalities. I also had experience of giving our different dogs different medications on schedule. I miss my dogs at home and can't wait to give your pup lots of love and attention! I work from home part time and am a gig worker. I am home a majority of the time besides a little bit of errand running and when I have gigs. I'm pretty flexible and have lots of free time for walks, belly rubs, playtime and anything else your pup wants. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury apartment that has a special pet area on site. I moved down to Florida six years ago and my dogs stayed with my family and I miss them a ton. This has been the first time in my life that I haven't had a dog, I was in college and didn't have the proper amount of time to devote to one. Now I'm graduated and work mainly from home so I have lots of time and love to give to your special pet.
About: I provide compassion-based care for your beloved pet(s) with a focus on providing a safe, peaceful, and clean environment. I have over 10 years home experience caring and training dogs, and I've been a foster home for pit bulls in the past. Currently, we have one dog, Lily who is a female, medium-sized, Boglen Terrier (Beagle & Boston Terrier mix). I'm looking forward to working with different breeds and building relationships with you and your pet! If you need day care or boarding frequently, and need someone experienced with training and walk behavior, I'm more than happy to partner with you in creating consistency with your pet(s). My husband and I WFH, with myself employed with contract work and I have enough flexibility that we have a stable homeschooling routine. We are home almost all of the time especially if we have a booking. We may leave the home for a music lesson or playground but usually one of us is always home. I run frequently, so for dogs able to run I will take them on my daily run, but we take long walks around the lake(s) as a family every day. I have a fully fenced yard but also always accompany pets in the backyard to be fully monitored. We have chime alarms and elevated childproof locks on every door so there is no possibility of a door being opened without an adult. We have flood and fire alarms and all fire extinguishers are up to date on inspection. We have a backup XL crate we store away in the garage if you are traveling from out of state and don’t want to transport yours if needed.

About: Had experience in taking care of animals, pet sitting walking bathing I am very trustworthy and I show up no matter what I am able to answer any questions you may have and I am pretty flexible as well I can come anytime after 5 PM Monday through Friday. And weekends I am completely available. I can also come anywhere before 8:30 AM. I give nothing but love and affection and some playtime and make sure they’re fed and know that they are loved. About: I had a large sized dog for most of my life and grew up with her from the age of a puppy until she passed away my freshman year of high school to old age. She was a pit/lab mix and I loved running with her, cuddling when she was tired, and even allowing her to "play" with me while I do yoga. I have so much love for animals, as I believe they are true reciprocates of unconditional love. I would love to spend time with your animals while you need them cared for. I am an opera singer and voice teacher. Was recently let go from my job as a yoga and music teacher in the public school system due to budget cuts, so I am available all day every day beginning this summer! Ive decided to take a break from public school teaching, spend more time singing and studying my voice / music. And take some more freelance type jobs. I am extremely compassionate and really like to provide that space for an animal to feel safe and welcome in my company. I like to build a relationship with animals and eventually find a language of communication where we seem to “get” each other.

About: I’m new to Rover, but not new to pets. I’ve spent years dog and cat sitting for family, friends, and people from my church while they travel so I’ve basically already been doing this, just without the app. Boarding is where I’m strongest. Whatever you’re away for a weekend trip, a long workweek, a stretch out of town your pet gets a quiet, pet free home and someone who’s actually paying attention to them, not just checking a box. It’s just me and my roommate here, no kids, no chaos, no other pets running around unless we’re talking about yours LOL. But if boarding isn’t what you need, I also do drop in visits and walks. A midday or evening walk for your dog, or a quick morning/night stop to feed and check on your cat while you’re out. My schedule’s flexible (I work fulltime but it’s not a rigid 9-5), so I can usually make mornings, evenings, weekends, whenever your pet needs me. I’m not the type to drop them off with food and a bowl and disappear for the day. I want to actually know their personality by the time you pick them up. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of pretty much every age and energy level, from the zoomies at 6am crowd to older pets who just want someone patient around and a quiet spot to nap. Routines matter to me too if your pet eats at a certain time, walks a certain route, or has a little quirk, I want to know about it and stick to it. I’ll keep you in the loop while I’m with them. Feeding on schedule, medication if they need it, litter box scooped, fresh water, the whole routine handled the way you’d do it yourself. Photo updates too, so you’re never left wondering how things are going. Can’t wait to meet you both and hear what your pet’s routine looks like. My schedule is flexible, so I’m available mornings, evenings, weekends, and throughout the week as needed. I take the time to learn your pet’s personality, preferences, and routine so they can feel as comfortable as possible. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether they’re staying in my home or I’m stopping by yours, I follow their routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special instructions you provide. I provide a calm, pet free home for boarding and make sure every pet gets plenty of attention and care. I also send photo updates throughout their stay because I’d want the same thing if it were my pet. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands
