Ive taken care of a multitude of animals ranging from, cats, dogs, and guinea pigs, for about 3 years now. I love being able to care and love an animal as if they were my own. I would be happy to care for your baby, and make sure that when youre away your fur baby has no worries or anxieties that will make any future trips stressful for you, im available whenever you need me! I have a fenced in yard and screened porch and I only let my cat roam leashed under close supervision so that he doesn’t get into anything and I didn’t notice. I Always ask what the owner is comfortable with whether it’s crating or going on walks around the yard prior but I also understand some pets need more attention than others and that’s okay! I never have anything toxic in reach and keep my house stocked with plenty of toys and treats to keep your pet happy and healthy.

About: I’ve had dogs off and on since I was about 12 with all sorts of personalities due to fostering. I currently have 2 Australian Sheppards, 8 chickens and 4 cows. I work from home so I am available for many dogs needs. I am used to high energy dogs and one of my Aussies loves to play and run and run some more, so if you have an active dog they will be worn out when you get them home. I also have an older small dog in my family that is blind and deaf so I am used to that as well. I work from home and am available to take out your dogs for breaks quite a lot. I am available 24/7 unless I already have been booked. I have a large fenced in pasture that will be used for the dogs to run around and play in, my personal dogs are high energy so I can promise that most dogs will be worn out when they get home. I am also training for a half marathon in the fall so I welcome walking dogs too.

They responded almost instantly. Amazing communications and very responsive. The facility is incredible. Very clean. Sheltered. A double perimeter fence. Motion activated spot lights. Our dogs were secure and we felt very comfortable leaving them there for the day. We received updates and photos throughout the day which made us happy to know our dogs were visibly relaxed and comfortable in a new environment. When we picked them up the dogs were clearly happy, tired, relaxed, and definitely appeared to be smiling! We would not hesitate to use Chris and their spouse again. Amazing people. My work schedule is pretty flexible so I can make time any day of the week to work with you and your pets. For dogs in boarding, I always make time throughout the day for plenty of playing, physical exercise, mental enrichment, and relaxation. I have experience with a variety of care requirements including special handling for animals of different temperaments, walking and exercising dogs with behavioral issues, preparing specialized diets, and administering medications that I am confident in applying to your pet’s needs. While boarded, each dog has their own space to sleep, eat, and otherwise relax without being bothered by other dogs in the home. This can be a crate or puppy pen depending on what is the best fit for the dog. This is also where the dogs stay while I am out of the house to prevent any incidents between dogs. During the day, the dogs have the opportunity to spend their time inside or outside. There are plenty of toys and beds inside for some playing or relaxing. Outside, they have a fenced-in acre to run, explore, and roughhouse. The dog-friendly pool will be ready for use in April 2026. It has a 8x16ft sun shelf to allow for lounging in shallow water and a ramp for easy access in and out of the deep end. It is screened in to prevent anyone from slipping in unnoticed. For days that don’t allow for much exercise outside, I have treadmills to burn energy for dogs that are comfortable with them and plenty of puzzle feeders to keep their minds busy.

Me and my family did hospice and behavioral cases so I am very experienced with calm dogs, psycho dogs, dogs with various health issues, dogs other people would typically turn down. I do not have a job at this point, but I am still currently looking. I have lots of time to play with your pets! About: I have had dogs most of my life and volunteered at a large shelter back in St. Louis for more than 10 yrs. I walked dogs, took them on enrichment trips, fostered them and helped at the shelter by just cleaning and doing laundry. I loved all the different dog personalities and tried to do anything that would make their life better. I would love to take care of dogs now that I'm retired and will also be volunteering at the local shelter here I'm retired and my dog recently passed so I'm craving dog time. With no dog i now have more time to dog walk I am available to dog sit or walk but live in a small rv so dog boarding might be tricky though I'm willing to try. I live in a dog friendly park that has a nice trail and isn't very crowded
“Just a wonderful person! Took care of our dog at my mom’s house while we were away on vacay. Our dog absolutely LOVED her which we were relieved about because he’s not socialized very well due to Covid. She arrived promptly at the agreed upon time twice a day and gave him a big walk so he could do his business and get some exercise. My mom was very comfortable with her and our dog would get so excited when grandma would say “Miss Chelsea is coming!” The dog can’t wait to visit next summer to see Chelsea.”
