Care: Our dogs were well taken care of and it was evidenced by their comfort level, happiness, and food intake while we were gone. One of our dogs is fairly aggressive to men she doesn't know. “Gabby and her family did an INCREDIBLE job watching Stevie. She sent me plenty of photos showing all the love they were giving my baby girl, she looked so happy. I appreciate she let me know when Stevie wasn’t exactly on her best behavior and chewed through a couple items and lacked potty discipline. She assured me it was okay but I do feel bad. They gave her lots of treats and cuddles. I really appreciated all the videos and constant check in. We scheduled a meet and greet beforehand and the drop off was super easy. My incoming flight got delayed and Gabby was super flexible with coordinating a new pick up time, that ultimately ended up being my friend picking Stevie up early. Leaving my baby girl with someone I can trust makes traveling so much easier. I had no doubt Stevie was given plenty of love. If willing, I would love to have Gabby and her family watch Stevie again ♥️🐾”

About: Our place or yours? We live in a 3/2 home.. Our back yard is fenced in and secure. We do have two doggies that love other dogs. I can come to your home also. This is all I do now, and I love it! I previously worked 5 1/2 years at a local animal hospital. I have been working with Rover 8 years and I love it! My husband is a sergeant at a local prison. Several local families I have pet sat for, for almost 11 years. I can come over and walk your dog(gies) each day, or check on them several times a day. Our pets are family members. We have two children that love animals as well. If you choose us, your kids will be treated with the love and fun they deserve. I have given medicine,diabetes shots, accommodated special needs doggies and special diets. If your baby needs their own space we have an empty room they can make their own sanctuary. I was a member of AmeriCorps for two years, here in Okaloosa county. They taught me more about helping local children and other local charities. Now, my only job is pet care. I do go to a few people's houses and let their animals out, play with them during the day. Other than that, I am home with my family and the pets. I try not to have too early drop offs or too late pick ups, as not to disturb our neighbors. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pets company. If your dog needs to be crated we can do that also. Pet Care is my full-time job. I board dogs out of my home, it's like they are part of my family. I also go to other people's houses and walk dogs to check on their pets. I have three fenced in yards two are dedicated to pet sitting. Most of the fences are new and they are all secure. About: I grew up with our K-9 police dogs at home and have been dog sitting for military families in Germany, New Mexico and Florida for 5 years. I‘m a stay at home wife with 2 dogs and no children. During a stay I can potty train and work on basic commands, during a stay or walk I can work on leash training! About: I have a dog at home and he can be difficult sometimes but I always take him on walks and he absolutely loves it. I've had him for 4 years and he is my little buddy. I am available any day. I feel I would really love this job. I love animals and would love to be able to meet new ones. I currently can't pet sit in my own house. Tons of running room for dogs that need to stretch their legs. They even sent us photos of the dogs visiting with the neighboring cattle through the fence. Care: Our dogs were well taken care of and it was evidenced by their comfort level, happiness, and food intake while we were gone. One of our dogs is fairly aggressive to men she doesn't know. Katie's husband had our dog in heaven with all the belly rubs and playing. Cost: We got much more than we paid for! Thank you so much and we WILL definitely be back. For folks visiting Destin or Panama City Beach, these guys really know what they are doing and the extra drive to them is well worth knowing that your animals are well cared for, in a safe place, and you will return to find them happy and healthy!! “This was Dovey's first time staying with Alexandra and her family. My husband and I had to travel for 6 days and leaving Dovey for this length of time with a new family made me worry. I have to say, the moment we left Dovey, our one year old, very active, German Shorthaired Pointer with Alexandra and drive away on our trip, we had no concerns. Alexandra and her husband, her three dogs, her cats, and her children were very welcoming. They made Dovey feel like she was one of the family. By the many photos Alexandra sent us, Dovey chimed right in with the daily activities and daily walks. When we picked Dovey up to bring her home, she was happy to see us but seemed almost sad to leave her new family of friends!! Dovey wasn't stressed, she smelled good and was very nice and tired, a good thing for a GSP. We would certainly like to have her stay with Alexandra again!!!!”
