Our kitty is old and shy, and Scott went out of his way to make her feel comfortable. He did extra drop-ins and spent time just to let her get used to him being in the house. And it totally paid off. She ate great and even came out to hang out with him the last day, which NEVER happens. Past sitters just changed food and left, which I get because our kitty is shy. But Scott really went above and beyond. He was also super communicative and sent lots of pictures - of our actual cat, not just her food. We could not be more pleased. My dog of 14 years was a high energy boxer/lab/german shepherd mix and I would regularly walk him with the neighbor’s highly anxious retriever/shepherd, so I’m very comfortable with larger dogs and those that have an abundance of energy to burn off. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, iguanas, geckos, tortoises, and different kinds of birds. If you have a more unusual pet don’t hesitate to book and I will be happy to learn about their needs and habits and you can decide if it’s a good fit before confirming the booking.
