About: My lifelong, hands-on experience caring for animals of many kinds. I bred our family poodle, assisted during the birth of her puppies, helped raise them, and placed them in loving homes with family friends. Over the years, I’ve cared for guinea pigs, fish, sugar gliders, cats, and dogs of many breeds and sizes. I’ve even rescued baby birds and provided around-the-clock care until they were healthy enough to be released back into the wild. I’ve also helped several family members teach their dogs important skills, including potty training and coming when called. I had a dog by my side for most of my life until my beloved fur baby recently passed away. While I’m not ready to adopt another pet, I would love to responsibly fill that space in my heart by providing dependable, attentive, and loving care to other people’s pets. I currently work at my part-time job two days a week. Outside of that schedule, I’m very flexible and can easily adjust my availability to meet each pet parent’s needs. I’m always happy to have a conversation about your pet's specific routine and schedule so we can create a care plan that works well for everyone. I do not currently have any pets in my home, which means your pet will be my priority and receive plenty of individual attention. Although I do not have a fenced-in backyard, dogs will receive multiple leashed walks throughout the day, and there is also have a dog park in my neighborhood that can be used with your permission. For cats, I can provide litter boxes and a peaceful environment where they can settle in comfortably. My home is clean, organized, and pet-proofed. I do not have children in the home, and potentially unsafe items are kept neatly put away. Pets are welcome on my furniture because I believe they are family—while they’re staying with me, my home is their home.

I recently have been a Canine Palatability Specialist and have many years of experience in kennel management and veterinary care. Also well knowledged in animal behavior and puppy raising. I am available Monday - Friday From 7am - 6pm with night visits when needed. Some weekends 10- 6 when available. On lunch from 12 - 1. I offer a range of care from feeding, medications, potty breaks, socialization, walking, and grooming as well as behavior and puppy training visits. I have 5 small dogs of my own and they are indoor dogs that need cut and groomed very ofen. They are provided food ever AM for the day and eat at their own pace so they self manage. My dogs are open roam throughout the day also with access to a yard at their convenience (dog door). They go into their cages at night and when needed throughout the day. I medicate them with monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention and have them regularly checked and vaccinated by our local vet. I do trim nails and cut hair if needed.

We felt they were always great representations of what love and comfort we had to share with both our indoor and outdoor pets. When your family member needs to be watched over, give them that real rural experience. Both dogs and cats will have a great time observing animals on the ranch from a fenced in area. I have my set scheduled office hours that will not intervene with my daily pet care and weekly routines. I currently have 2 cats and senior dog residing in our home. We also have 200 chickens, hoping for 400 by 2023. Our facility is our home. Your pets are our family. We want nothing more to give them a good country experience within a safely fenced and gated environment. They will not be where live livestock are roaming freely, but they will get to walk along a fenced road where they can be seen. Pets also have a fenced in backyard that lets them observe the chicken pens. There they can entertain themselves with the hilarious antics from our poultry.

About: Hello my name is Kaylin, I am from Ohio and grew up around animals, especially dogs/cats. Nextdoor was a Veterinary hospital where I sought out volunteering in the interest of helping animals. About: Hello my name is Kaylin, I am from Ohio and grew up around animals, especially dogs/cats. Nextdoor was a Veterinary hospital where I sought out volunteering in the interest of helping animals. As a child, I imagined I would work with animals in some way. When I was 6 years old, I decided to brush our Jack Russel Terrier’s teeth with a toothbrush! About: My lifelong, hands-on experience caring for animals of many kinds. I bred our family poodle, assisted during the birth of her puppies, helped raise them, and placed them in loving homes with family friends. Over the years, I’ve cared for guinea pigs, fish, sugar gliders, cats, and dogs of many breeds and sizes.
