Her communication is excellent- she sent multiple photos, videos and updates with every drop in and went above and beyond to take care of not just Daisy, but also a group of outside community cats that we feed who *also* took to her right away. When we got home from our trip, our kitty was calm, content and like we’d never left (whereas in the past when others have fed her in our absence she would be anxious and hide for a couple of hours until she re-acclimated). She kept us up to date with lots of pictures and Fera got along great with her dog. We had a few hiccups in our trip and had to push back the pickup time and Cherie was super understanding about everything!”

“Nikhol absolutely came to our rescue! We had to cancel another Rover last minute and had no idea what to do. We contacted Nikhol and she was more than willing to accommodate us. From the initial meeting we were beyond confident that Indy would be very comfortable with Nikhol and her family. We loved the constant communication during the visit complete with pics and videos. Indy even made a new friend with Chapo, the family’s dog. Some sitters just watch your dog, that’s pretty easy. Nikhol and her family really make your pup feel like part of their family.
