Joanne fit the bill, sending me notes on her care, photos and videos of her interaction with other dogs. “This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.

She’s been overly helpful today especially when I forgot to put the lock box on my door on the way out and had a full schedule at work, she even stopped by to get the key where otherwise my puppies would have been stuck with no potty or exercise breaks for hours. My youngest daughter, she will be 12 in September, loves all animals, but especially dogs. I am looking for a way to have more dogs in our house for my daughter to play with. We have one dog, Marley. However, my mom lives next door and she has two dogs, Daisy and Zoe. They visit often. But when we are watching other dogs, they will not visit. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for your pup while you are away. I am able to watch your fury family member any weekend during the school year or June/July over the summer. I am not available: July 6-9 After July 30, I am back at school. I am available to watch your fury family member Friday (after 3:30) until Sunday evening (anytime.) I have a pool for them to swim in and and fully fenced in area around my house. I have about 40 acres we can take leashed walks on if you would like. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.

About: I started caring for pets of my own at 18. I have worked as a vet assistant/tech for over 6 years. I am certified in CPR/First Aid and have worked with pets of all ages. My ex-husband and I raised two dogs from puppies and have adopted/fostered many senior pets. One of our dogs is a tripod, one is epileptic, and one is incontinent, so I have special needs experience. Before I moved, I provided both drop in and boarding services. At this time, I can only do drop ins. I have subscription to Bark Box and a HUGE basket filled to the brim with toys. We keep plenty of blankets and beds around the home. We have a large sectional that we lounge on and a fully fenced in yard. We also have an exercise pen as well as the following sizes of crates on hand: two large, one extra large, and one small. Let us know what arrangements you have in your home so we can best emulate them. We also have baby gates set up to keep pets separate if necessary, and still allows for free roam in a portion of the house.

About: Firstly, I will listen to your pet's needs that you have, and follow them accordingly. Secondly, I will play with your babies and pay attention to them, with love and affection. I will walk with them around the Lake's, and engage them, by talking to them, so that they know they are loved by me. Thirdly, I do like to play catch and engage them in different games, so their time away from you will fly by for them. Lastly, I am not trained in the Heimlich for dogs, nor CPR, but I have had to do the Heimlich on my own dog, whom was choking on food, to save her life. I look forward to playing with your babies. About: I worked at an animal shelter for a 4 years- fostering litters of puppies and older dogs at my home. I’m currently studying Animal Behavior and am a Certified Vet Assistant. I have 2 friendly active dogs of my own as well! I currently work at a dog training/boarding facility so I have experience with all breeds from all types of backgrounds :) I’m currently a part-time student and part time employee at a boarding facility. Three people in total live in my household, so someone will always be present to keep an eye on everything. Feeding will be done separate as a safety precaution and playtimes with my personal dogs will be monitored. I treat every animal as though they are my own; furbabies are exactly as the name suggests- babies!!
