“We moved to New Albany this past Summer and left our most favorite pet sitter behind in Missouri. When we were traveling this Fall, we hit up Rover again hoping to find another great fit … and we hit the jackpot! Amber is a prize. We chose to reach out as Amber works as a veterinary assistant and has a wide skillset for caring for animals. It was important to us, just in case one of our fur-babies needs medications or special care in the future (or, if there was an emergency). We were very impressed with her maturity and kind demeanor. It is apparent from our few conversations, Amber is a lovely human being, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. She took to our kitties right away, and our cat who NEVER comes out for pet sitters made an appearance on day #3. Amber went above and beyond and photo-documented her visits in detail. She kept excellent tabs on what was happening around meals, litter boxes, and the like. When she was running about 15 minutes late, she sent us a text letting us know what was happening (we weren't worried). We returned home to 3 happy healthy kitties. Pet care is already a big part of my everyday routine. I currently attend CVA school Monday through Thursday from 6-10 PM, and because it’s a veterinary program, I’m able to bring new animals with me every day if that’s something an owner is comfortable with. This allows me to spend even more time with your pet and keep them with me throughout the day. Outside of school, I’m available the rest of the day and can realistically spend most, if not all, of my time with your pet. I also care for my own animals every day, including my dogs, cat, and reptiles—a snake, bearded dragon, turtle, and leopard gecko—so feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, cleaning cages, and keeping their spaces clean are all part of my normal routine. My entire day is basically centered around animals between school and caring for my own pets, so pet sitting fits very naturally into my life. I care for pets with a lot of attention, and fun! Overall, I make sure pets are happy, safe, and comfortable, and I treat them as part of my family giving lots of love, attention, and care every day.

About: I’m all about fun, friendly energy on every walk. Your pup gets to explore, play, and enjoy a safe, joyful journey every time we hit the pavement or grass! I have tons of pet care experience: I have two senior dogs of my own, aged 13 & 15, who I’ve had since they were old enough to be without their mommas; I’ve worked as a pet specialist at a boarding facility for dogs and cats; and I pet every dog I meet—with permission, of course. Like everyone, I love dogs, and would love to give yours some company on a play visit or walk! I work from home, and have a flexible schedule. I prefer to have a two-day notice, so I can make sure I’m available when you need me, but depending on the day, I could be available same-day too. Just contact me and see! I do not care for anyone’s pets but my own in my home. But in a client’s home, I care for pets by giving them what they need—I think it really depends on the desire of the client and the pets! Case by case basis. Belly and chin scratches are always a given though!
About: I have owned dogs since was 9/10 years-old, and enjoy playing with dogs and love keeping them occupied espically puppies. For puppies, I like to help potty-train them by offering treats to understand that "outside is where we use the bathroom not inside". I also pay really close attention to due to possible getting into things. I watch out for things that could possibly hurt your dog. As a dog owener myself I will treat your dog as if it was my own dog at home, giving all the attention and play time there hearts desire. I’m currently not working so I am available during select times. I also know what it is like to need a caregiver for your pets while you are away on a business trip or just a quick get away from reality. I live in an apartment complex where everyone keeps to themselves but as for any home I would treat it as if it were my home and how I would want to make sure things are in the right place

About: I’ve walked dogs around my neighborhood for the past four years. I have lots of experience with animals— I personally have many different animals such as dogs, cats, and others! I’ve had experience in the veterinary field and want to pursue the veterinary field and become a licensed veterinarian! I am free for whenever is needed! I am hoping to head over to college soon but in the mean time work up some cash! I have been walking dogs around my own neighborhood around four years now. I treat the animals week, in which they are safe and happy!
About: I’ve had hamsters, dogs, cats. They were mainly family pets but I also taken care of pets on another website. I’m excited to learn about your pet and gain more experience! I’ve also volunteered for spca and love all kinds of pets. I am also a mother of an 8 month old and pets should be no different. I have taken care of snakes, turtles, Guinea pigs, hamsters, cats, dogs, and birds! I work as well as pet sitting so we can discuss if my schedule is good for you.
