I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them. When she was running about 15 minutes late, she sent us a text letting us know what was happening (we weren't worried). We returned home to 3 happy healthy kitties. About: When I was 12 a stray Tom adopted us. My mother and I would bandage him after his escapades. I have since then taken care of feral cats and helped get them spayed and neutered. I have also dropped in on the cats of my friends when they go out of town to give some human stimulation and make sure they have food and water.

Currently own 3 dogs, one is a 6 year old pit bull, the others are a 3 year old lab and a 6m old corgi. As your sitter you can expect your dog to play, run and be tuckered out by the time you come home. I also offer baths, nail trims and minor grooming. I am studyinging to get my ADT for dog training, I can offer some training in leash walking, manners and a few comands now but hope to expand that in the future. About: I have always had an admiration for animals no matter the type. But for some reason the love that you get in return from a dog is just indescribable. I know that it is always a weary feeling to leave your babies in the care of someone else. But it definitely helps to know that the person caring for your pet shares the same passion that you do. I never thought that I would own small dogs but I am actually glad that I do have two Chihuahuas now because I can take them almost anywhere! There has been an occasional weekend trip where I haven't been able to bring the pups along and it just didn't feel the same having to leave them behind. So if you have to leave them, leave them with someone who will care for them just as well as their own! I definitely prioritize my pets before any plans are made!
