She again provided video updates to show that they were doing fine. I really appreciate Katie’s knowledge and skill with animals. One of my dogs is very insecure and fearful. Chico is a rescue with high anxiety and needs consistent human contact, reassurance, and patience. Mikalyn was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding of his needs. It gave us real peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands and getting the comfort he needs to feel safe. Both dogs were well cared for, relaxed, and happy when we returned — a true sign they were loved and looked after properly. Mikalyn was reliable, respectful, and clearly takes her role seriously. “Skye was accommodating for last minute help we needed for the holidays, and was great with our puppy. I have to be honest I was nervous to leave my baby with anyone, especially with her puppy energy but something about this lady just makes you feel extremely assured and calm knowing your fur baby is in good hands. She handled my great danes puppy energy flawlessly & was very helpful in giving me some tips that I no joke see a difference in the same day I got back.
