The bigger the dog, the louder the dog, the more terrified she is, which makes boarding her difficult. Izzy had a great time playing with Marcy’s 5 lb. Betty Boo, so it was a great social experience for my dog. Marcy also is terrific - I knew my dog was getting the best of care in my absence, and all for a reasonable price. She is prompt in response to any communication about their visits or changes in my work schedule, adjusts her schedule when possible to take them out earlier or later, and is easy to communicate with. She’s been overly helpful today especially when I forgot to put the lock box on my door on the way out and had a full schedule at work, she even stopped by to get the key where otherwise my puppies would have been stuck with no potty or exercise breaks for hours. These two are full of energy so I know they appreciated the extra play time they got together today also! We are very grateful for Ruth and her excellent dog walking services.”
