And I have loved hosting happy pets ever since! My children are now in college, and after losing my precious older dog and cat a couple years ago, I now only have one cat we rescued during a storm. My ultimate goal is for both you and your pet to be comfortable and have peace of mind before and during the time you are away, and I strive to love and entertain them so much that they feel at home (or on vacation) until you come back for them. I work from home, allowing me to be available for your pet at almost all times - which is especially helpful with puppies/kittens, older, or disabled pets that need to be closely watched. (I have many years experience with disabled, sick or elderly pets). I am experienced with giving both oral and injected meds, expressions, helping them eat, exercise, etc. Because I only pet sit one animal family at a time, I am able to adjust to your pet(s) schedule. Whatever makes him/her most comfortable! I take the trust and safety of pets very seriously, only keeping one pet (or family of pets) at a time. I also document a daily diary of their experiences, and send pictures on a daily basis (unless requested otherwise). You can review the daily diary document (as well as information I prefer to obtain before pet sitting), in my photos section. This document includes the preferred vet and emergency center I utilize, although I am happy to contact your preferred vet if provided to me. I also have multiple friends who are veterinarians, and I never hesitate to contact them if I am at all concerned about any pet in my care. I prefer dogs be crate trained if they are young and active, but while I have a large double-sized crate, it is only used if we are all gone for a short time (for the dog’s safety and comfort). The rest of the time pets are welcome on the bed to sleep with us, on furniture, etc. If there is a reason the dog can’t be crated, please discuss it with me and we can come up with safest and best plan for your pet! I also have a room set up for pets in case they want to be alone or have quiet time. It is also helpful if you bring a blanket from home, so s/he is comforted by the familiar smells of you and their loving home!

My kind disposition makes it easy for me to adjust to the needs of every dog I host so that they feel welcome and at home. If you book with me, your baby will get regular doggie walking time, they’ll get to go on runs in big open fields, and if time allows, a few beach visits! I live in a spacious apartment with a good amount of floor space for your fur baby to enjoy. Due to my not having a backyard on demand, we do have nearby doggie parks, and a running trail where we can go on runs! Regular walks are always included. Currently own 3 dogs, one is a 6 year old pit bull, the others are a 3 year old lab and a 6m old corgi. As your sitter you can expect your dog to play, run and be tuckered out by the time you come home. I also offer baths, nail trims and minor grooming. I am studyinging to get my ADT for dog training, I can offer some training in leash walking, manners and a few comands now but hope to expand that in the future. I look forward to meeting you and your 4 or 3 legged companions. Thank you for your consideration in you pet sitting needs. Im home all day except for school drop off and pick up for my kids. Weekends are always available unless my slots are full. If your dog has separation anxiety please inform me before booking so I can make arrangements for school drop off/pick up so your baby wont be left alone. With on demand potty breaks and play time your fur baby will have a ball here. Water is filled hourly or as needed and food is offered on the owner's schedule, 2am feedings for fluffy? Not a problem!
About: I’ve walked dogs around my neighborhood for the past four years. I have lots of experience with animals— I personally have many different animals such as dogs, cats, and others! I’ve had experience in the veterinary field and want to pursue the veterinary field and become a licensed veterinarian! I am free for whenever is needed! About: I have owned dogs since was 9/10 years-old, and enjoy playing with dogs and love keeping them occupied espically puppies. For puppies, I like to help potty-train them by offering treats to understand that "outside is where we use the bathroom not inside". I also pay really close attention to due to possible getting into things. I watch out for things that could possibly hurt your dog. As a dog owener myself I will treat your dog as if it was my own dog at home, giving all the attention and play time there hearts desire. I’m currently not working so I am available during select times. I also know what it is like to need a caregiver for your pets while you are away on a business trip or just a quick get away from reality. I live in an apartment complex where everyone keeps to themselves but as for any home I would treat it as if it were my home and how I would want to make sure things are in the right place
