About: When I was 12 a stray Tom adopted us. My mother and I would bandage him after his escapades. I have since then taken care of feral cats and helped get them spayed and neutered. I have also dropped in on the cats of my friends when they go out of town to give some human stimulation and make sure they have food and water.

About: I have had my Calico cat for about 2 1/2 years and her name is Sara. She is timid, but loves to be petted. She is petite and beautiful (to me). She has added a lot of love and joy to our home. I have trained her (and our doggy) to get along with each other. I have administered medication (pill form) to Sara when needed. She loves special treats throughout the day!

Currently own 3 dogs, one is a 6 year old pit bull, the others are a 3 year old lab and a 6m old corgi. As your sitter you can expect your dog to play, run and be tuckered out by the time you come home. I also offer baths, nail trims and minor grooming. I am studyinging to get my ADT for dog training, I can offer some training in leash walking, manners and a few comands now but hope to expand that in the future. Weekends are always available unless my slots are full. About: I have always had an admiration for animals no matter the type. But for some reason the love that you get in return from a dog is just indescribable. I know that it is always a weary feeling to leave your babies in the care of someone else. But it definitely helps to know that the person caring for your pet shares the same passion that you do. I never thought that I would own small dogs but I am actually glad that I do have two Chihuahuas now because I can take them almost anywhere! There has been an occasional weekend trip where I haven't been able to bring the pups along and it just didn't feel the same having to leave them behind. So if you have to leave them, leave them with someone who will care for them just as well as their own! I definitely prioritize my pets before any plans are made! No matter the time of day, week or year. They are my fur babies and anyone that knows me will agree! Depending on the environment or location, I would definitely say to use a leash first and foremost. I would also like to know if you know about the other animals in the area, just to provide as much safety as possible.
About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for a wide variety of dogs and other farm animals. About: Firstly, I will listen to your pet's needs that you have, and follow them accordingly. Secondly, I will play with your babies and pay attention to them, with love and affection. I will walk with them around the Lake's, and engage them, by talking to them, so that they know they are loved by me. Thirdly, I do like to play catch and engage them in different games, so their time away from you will fly by for them. Lastly, I am not trained in the Heimlich for dogs, nor CPR, but I have had to do the Heimlich on my own dog, whom was choking on food, to save her life. I look forward to playing with your babies. About: I've always been surrounded by dogs (especially German Shepherds)! Between walking neighbors' dogs, pet sitting, and having my own, I have built experience in taking care of them. I have also worked at a Dog Daycare where I supervised groups of over 50 dogs. My dad was a K9 handler, so I grew up knowing how to train and care for dogs.
