I had to change my vacation plans, at the last minute, about 3 times due to an illness in my family - and they were wonderful - very understanding and accommodating. I was also nervous leaving tofu for the first time, who was a rescue from an abuse case. After a couple of days stay, however, I was getting videos and pictures showing that my kiddos were happy and playing like they were at home! Apparently tofu had no problem running around their big yard and claiming their couch as his own! It is a gift to now have a place where I know the pups will be safe and happy. I will DEFINITELY be back!”

“We were evacuated from hurricane Mathew from the Melbourne area. I took my dogs with me. Well, after Mathew passed I had a wedding to go to that I could not bring the dogs too on the west oast of Florida. I found Nola on this sight, Rover.com. With out knowing her at all, she responded and took in my dogs within two hours. I was in a slight state of panic. After meeting her and her husband, I was so happy and relieved. About: I’ve had dogs off and on since I was about 12 with all sorts of personalities due to fostering. I currently have 2 Australian Sheppards, 8 chickens and 4 cows. I work from home so I am available for many dogs needs. I am used to high energy dogs and one of my Aussies loves to play and run and run some more, so if you have an active dog they will be worn out when you get them home. I also have an older small dog in my family that is blind and deaf so I am used to that as well. I work from home and am available to take out your dogs for breaks quite a lot. As a pet owner for 14 years I am very skillful in all areas of pet car from teeth brushing to tick picking. I have seen them grow old, loose their hearing, sight and ability to walk, but never once treated them like an old dog. I have the best water-resistant floors in the event of any accidents, just wipe and go. I take work/life balance breaks so always free to play with your pets. I am currently home all day/night! I can feed twice a day or more, and I offer treats, walks and lots of play time. I can separate your pet, if need be. I have lots of sleeping space for those that are just tired little pups. My house is quiet, no children so no bother. I have a closed in balcony which provide a nice look out point for your pet. I have stuff animals and dog toys that I leave around the house for playmates as well.

He’s even given me tips on how he gets my boy to behave (Leo at age 2 is impulsive and reactive, especially with golf carts). I even see a difference when I walk them. About: I have lots of experience with big animals and small old and young and I also understand that they all can have different needs at different stages of life and I can help with that. I work Monday through Thursday so my Friday and weekends are free to help. I can do early morning walks mid and and evening times too depending on the needs My home is pet proof I do have animals of my own and they love it when new friends come over to play. I do pet sit for friends when they have to go out of town. If you are more comfortable with me coming to you. I always respect your house and fur baby just like my own and keep things clean
“I do not have enough positive things to say about Krista and how she takes care of our Loki while we are gone. She had him for an entire week and I felt so guilty and stressed before we left. Krista immediately made all of those sad feelings disappear. Her twice daily updates showed us how much fun he was having and we had no doubts he was in the best hands. Krista treats Loki as if he is her own and I will never be able to tell her how much I appreciate that. We will continue to always use Krista any time we have to leave our boy with someone.”
