“EXCELLENT LOVING CARE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My 17 year old, special needs, completely blind, silky mix dog, Paisley, who also has dementia, stayed with Ms Annette for 8 days while we were on vacation. We were able to bring Paisley to meet Ms Annette prior to boarding her. Things could not have gone better. Ms. Annette was patient, kind, caring, and gave Paisley time to come to her and be comfortable. Her home was spotless as was the separate grooming / boarding area. Dogs have use of / access to both the boarding and home areas, as well as a spacious, outdoor, shady, grassy backyard area to play. Ms Annette even allows dogs on her couch. Because of her age and special needs status, it became impossible to leave Paisley at a typical kennel as they were unable to provide the specialized care and attention she needed. Ms. Annette was able to provide the specialized care needed, provided a lot of love and belly rubs, and even taught Paisley to use her doggy door!! She kept Paisley under her usual home routine which resulted in a smooth transition home. When going to pick her up, Ms Annette greeted me with Paisley in her arms. Paisley was clean, as were her doggy blanket and bed. During her stay, Ms Annette sent daily updates, photos, and videos, confirming Paisley was adjusting well, had made new friends. Ms Annette is 100% recommended. Great care! Lots of love!! Communicative! Board your pet worry free knowing they’ll be very well cared for with Ms. Annette!”

My dog has strict diet restrictions and some health issues that sometimes requires medication distribution and she has no issues doing so! I can be a bit of a helicopter dog mom too, and she makes sure to message me a few times a day with pictures to update me on how my pup is doing (and even how her poops are! I ask for those updates Lol) She is so sweet and kind and I know my pup is so loved and taken care of with her! My pup was even a bit bummed going home because she had so much fun! I have no doubts that I will continue having Luz watch my precious girl, she is AMAZING!”

About: I got my first cat at 20 yrs old. Working at the SPCA in the cat room she called to me. Her name was Ella Mae (El) for short. She was sassy, sweet and very queen bee. Since then I have taken in 8 rescues and assist with TNR programs. I have dealt with the spiciest of them to the sweetest. From the biggest cats to the tiniest little bottle babies.
