We went away for a week and things seemed to go great with Polina however I ended up needing a sitter again a few days later and I felt so bad leaving him again so soon. When I dropped him off for the 2nd time a few days later I got all the confirmation I needed. My pup ran to Polina and jumped right up on her giving kisses and walked right into her house a minute later without even looking back. Over Thanksgiving week I booked a last minute reservation for them to care for my cats. They did a great job at communicating & sending pictures. Since the liter/food/water trays are all automated Dan just felt like he needed to do something for the time he spent with them, other than simply cuddle ? I was able to ship some toys to my house & he unboxed them and tried a variety of them. I felt comfortable having him my home & looking after my babies. I look forward to booking with them again!”

“Poliana was wonderful ? ??! I hired her to walk my 8 month 70 pound yellow lab twice daily for three consecutive days while his regular dog walker was out. We did a FaceTime meeting which allowed me to see her care of her current animals and allowed me to review the particulars of my home and dog. I was honest with Poliana in that my dog was very much still a puppy and that despite doing two months of one on one doggy training pulling on the leash was something his regular dog walker complained about still to the point I was actively reaching out to his dog trainer to help remediate. Poliana advised me she would be able to work with my dog and work with him she did ?. I advised her I walk him on the left usually with no criss crossing allowed unless he is given the cue to stop etc and that I usually shorten up the leash in my hand to do so. She did the exact same! She actually mentioned she didn’t find he pulled excessively with her which I believe is more of a kudos to her experience with dogs and command of the situation each time she walked him. I was actually cringing at the thought of another dog walker complaining about my puppy who despite two months of very expensive one on one obedience training with a behavioralist is still a puppy ?. A 70 lb one at that! She did amazing and always filled his water bowls with fresh water too. I was a little nervous allowing a stranger into my home alone but Poliana was very trustworthy and I am very grateful for that also. I’ve been around and watched all types of dogs for family friends I am doing college work from my home during the week, this means I have a very flexible schedule all week long to sit your pups I have a fenced in house for my border collies with a large backyard and lots of toys, they are crate trained and on a good routine. “We had Bailey stay with Krista over our extended Thanksgiving Break. Krista did an amazing job settling our anxiety and concern with having Bailey receiving care with fur kiddos from other families. Krista integrated her well with the crew, and we received excellent Rover cards regarding Bailey's stay. Bailey made friends, found new toys to love, and discovered a new love of chaise lounge chairs. Krista was an excellent and proactive communicator. I appreciate all of her help working through the logistics of Bailey's stay. We drove an additional 45 min after driving across the country for our holiday to drop off Bailey, and we'd do it again to have her as our sitter for our fur babies. As exuberant and excited as Bailey was when we picked her up, she still ran back to Krista for a final hug and butt scratch on her own before dashing back on the road with us. I think that's Bailey's seal of approval! Thanks Krista!!!!”
