About: We are dog lovers! We have been doing Rover now for a couple of years, but recently took time off after having our daughter. Now that she is older, we realize how much we miss having new dogs hang with us! We recently relocated to Jacksonville, and are excited to meet a whole new group of pupp friends! My husband and I work from home during the week, so your pup will get plenty of time and attention. We have a fully fenced yard, so they will get lots of outdoor time to go along with indoor snuggles! Hablamos español si prefieren! About: I’ve taken care of my lab that is no longer with me for 7 years and I frequently host my friends dogs for weeks at a time while they are deployed. I work for the U.S. Coast Guard Monday through Friday. My normal work hours are 8-2 but the hours flex daily and I usually have at least one day off through the week not including weekends. I have a fenced in backyard and I live by myself so your pet will have free reign over the property. I can also crate your dog if needed while I’m out of the house.

“Madison was a sweetheart! Yoka and Pirate warmed right up to her and that is saying a lot after being new immigrants from Antigua. Stuck in kennels for 8 hours, being in SUV for 5 hours, getting lttle rest, before landing at Madison's for a weekend. Apparently Yoka spent the majority time in her lap! Definitely will use them again when the need arises. Madison sent pics every few hours with updates, top notch companionship and care”

“Kelly and James and their family are FANTASTIC! This was our first time using Rover and we booked with Kelly and James based on some profile preferences. They took the time out of their own busy schedule first to do a “meet and greet” with us and our dog Charlie and we were instantly at ease. Kelly was very kind, personable and thoughtful and thorough in learning ours and Charlie’s schedule, likes, dislikes, and if he had any behavior quirks. Throughout Charlie’s stay Kelly and fam shared daily pics and a summary of Charlie’s activities (eating, sleeping, playing, potty) so we knew day to day he was doing great - this really helped us relax while we were away. Their home is very comfortably “pet friendly” appointed with safety gates for any restricted areas (ie the kitchen which totally makes sense!) and even throws/covers on the dog-friendly pieces of furniture (for fur control) for wind down TV snuggle time. 11/10, highly recommend Kelly and James and we will certainly rebook when our travel schedule calls for it. Thank you Kelly and James for a top notch experience!”
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I rescued Hazel 5 years ago and Sabbath 2 years ago from the shelter. They love other dogs and want to make friends. I am in school but I am off for all of December and most of January. Day to day I am fully available, with few exceptions. I have a fenced in backyard as well as my own dogs which will keep yours company. I can also crate if needed but I rarely have to use it for mine.
