I work as a full-time veterinary technician Tuesday through Saturday, and my schedule is posted weekly. I’m typically available after 3:00 PM on Saturdays and all day Sundays and Mondays. I also have some weekday half-days, allowing for additional availability. I’ll do my best to accommodate your pet’s needs and keep my Rover calendar updated so you always know when I’m available. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. As a veterinary technician, I’m experienced caring for pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I’ll carefully follow your instructions, ensure doors and gates are secure, provide fresh food and water, medications if needed, and plenty of love and attention. You’ll receive photo updates after every visit so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals basically my whole life! Everyone in my family comes to me when they need a pet sitter… It has even extended into helping friends. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I sincerely have a passion for animals and taking care of them. I am consistently dog sitting for my grandmother who has 2 dogs and one of them has a serious condition. So, taking care of her is more involved. It includes giving her medication multiple a days, helping her get up on things and sometimes hand feeding her when she needs a little more help. About: Hi there! My name is Kate and my husband's name is Josh. We have both been pet owners our entire lives and absolutely love caring for other pets as well as our own 3 (G + Sadie + Toby — Chihuahua Mix + Rat Terrier + Jack Russel Terrier). We own a home in Jacksonville just off 295 on the west side with a large fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhood. So lots of walking, running around and play time if you were to have your pet stay here with us and our 3 pups! Our babies are typically social but at the very least tolerant of other dogs as long as the dog is not too hyper or trying to mess with them. My husband and I both work from home so your baby(s) will get non stop attention. We only board small to medium size dogs (less than 30 pounds, some exceptions - feel free to ask). Your dog(s) must get along with other dogs or at least tolerate them. All dogs are separated at feeding times. We are used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, raw foods, and administering medications including injectables. With our flexible schedule, we will have plenty of time to walk, play and/or love your pet(s). Our home is extremely safe and doors are always locked (even when we are home). Our neighbors are all extremely nice. Our dogs typically lay on the couch, in their dog beds in our office or on our bed. All get lots of love, pets and treats every day 🙂
