The first time she took care of our babies was in 2019, when we went on our honeymoon to Japan for 2 weeks. Shana was reliable and took perfect care of our 2 cats while we were out of the country. She was an excellent communicator and quick with responses to any questions we had. It’s now 7 years later and she is the only sitter we’ve used over the years (and we travel alot!). Her service level has been consistent and incredible, and she’s come through for us even at short notice/due to emergencies.
