“From the moment I met Kelly, I knew she was the perfect person to care for my furbaby Murdock. He is very shy and doesn't like to meet new people. Kelly set up a meet and greet proud to Murdock's stay. She was so kind and I could tell she really loves dogs. She has a very gently manner about her and speaks in a very soothing tone to the pets. She gave updates, and sent photos of him looking like he felt safe and happy. He eventually started going to her when called and enjoyed all the loving attention she gave him. Murdock even felt comfortable enough with Jim, her spouse, to take walks with him, something he had never allowed in the past, as he seemed more fearful of men than anything. When I picked him up, I could tell that it was a wonderful experience for. Murdock, and I know it has helped him to not be afraid with strangers. About: When you board with us, your pet gets more than a place to stay, your pet gets a family to be a part of. We are a family of 6 humans, 1 dog, and 5 chickens and 2 ducks. Your pet will have plenty of playmates! I am a single mother who works from home. I drop off and pick up my kids from school, and run the occasional errand, but usually I am home. I enjoy an evening walk with my chocolate lab and would love your pet to join us. I have a fully fenced, large backyard. I also have two extra crates if your dog is crate-trained and feels more comfortable sleeping in a crate. Pets being on furniture is discouraged, but rarely enforced. I have an SUV and am willing to transport pets if needed.

About: I have been caring for dogs for about 16 years now. I got my first dog, Sammy, in 2009 and I got my second dog, Penny, in 2017. My dogs were my best friends growing up. They both sadly passed away in 2023 and I miss them everyday. I have pet sat for multiple people around our community for both dogs and cats. I have done several volunteer experiences throughout the years with animals, including equine therapy and fostering a dog in college. During my breaks home from college, I worked in boarding at a local veterinary clinic. “From the moment I met Kelly, I knew she was the perfect person to care for my furbaby Murdock. He is very shy and doesn't like to meet new people. Kelly set up a meet and greet proud to Murdock's stay. She was so kind and I could tell she really loves dogs. She has a very gently manner about her and speaks in a very soothing tone to the pets. She gave updates, and sent photos of him looking like he felt safe and happy. He eventually started going to her when called and enjoyed all the loving attention she gave him. Murdock even felt comfortable enough with Jim, her spouse, to take walks with him, something he had never allowed in the past, as he seemed more fearful of men than anything. When I picked him up, I could tell that it was a wonderful experience for. Murdock, and I know it has helped him to not be afraid with strangers. I recommend Kelly and Jim with the highest regard and will always reserve boarding time for Murdock with them as needed. So happy I found them! And .Murdock is too!”

“Jamyiah went above and beyond with my booking, making it a smooth process for me even as a last minute booking, she still initiated into helping me by having no problem with the picking up of my puppy last minute with the busy schedule I had. She also made sure my puppy goes on his walks, updated me on verifying his feeding schedule, and making sure that I get pictures of my dog. She also had dog bowls, so I didn’t have to do too much extra packing. While I am out of town, with the constant updates, I felt at ease knowing that my puppy is in good hands and constantly being watched as needed as he is still a puppy. She was also patient with him with his energy level, as she first got here to pick my dog up, he already a high energy level. I appreciate Jamyiah truly as a sitter for my puppy and I would definitely recommend her to anyone out there needing a dog sitter. She also shared pictures of her fur baby along with mine- with them getting along, taking walks with each other like their best friends. Thanks Jamyiah, once again!
