About: When you board with us, your pet gets more than a place to stay, your pet gets a family to be a part of. We are a family of 6 humans, 1 dog, and 5 chickens and 2 ducks. Your pet will have plenty of playmates! I am a single mother who works from home. I drop off and pick up my kids from school, and run the occasional errand, but usually I am home. I enjoy an evening walk with my chocolate lab and would love your pet to join us. I have a fully fenced, large backyard. I also have two extra crates if your dog is crate-trained and feels more comfortable sleeping in a crate. Pets being on furniture is discouraged, but rarely enforced. I have an SUV and am willing to transport pets if needed.

About: I have been caring for dogs for about 16 years now. I got my first dog, Sammy, in 2009 and I got my second dog, Penny, in 2017. My dogs were my best friends growing up. They both sadly passed away in 2023 and I miss them everyday. I have pet sat for multiple people around our community for both dogs and cats. I have done several volunteer experiences throughout the years with animals, including equine therapy and fostering a dog in college. During my breaks home from college, I worked in boarding at a local veterinary clinic. I gained valuable experience in grooming and administering medications with pets of various ages, sizes, and temperaments. I moved home from college after graduating from FSU in May 2025 and I’m now completing graduate school at University of North Florida. This summer, I will be spending a lot of time at home. We have a spacious fenced in yard. There is no smokers, children, or other pets in the house. About: I love dogs! I work from home, so your fur baby will get attention all day. I am a homeowner with tons of toys, and plenty of time to play with and love on your pup. While your dog is vacationing with me, I do my best to follow his or her normal routine and schedule closely. While I’m newer to Rover, I’m very experienced with pet care, including feeding, walking, administering basic medications, and making pets feel comfortable and safe in a home environment. I currently don’t have pets of my own but I grew up and have owned dogs and cats throughout my life. My work schedule is flexiable and I make my own hours. I would work with the client and see what are their needs and I would tailor my schedule based around that. I will build trust with the pet first. Follow instructions of the client and work with the pet and make sure it’s needs are taken care off.

She learned how to give Finxie her insulin injections 2x a day and continued with an antibiotic prescribed for an ear infection. Abbie provided us with daily updates and pics, kept us informed of how Finxie was taking her meds, and made sure Finxie was comfortable in her home. About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. I’m a great balance between active and just keeping company - from puppies/kittens to senior pets I work weekday mornings but am free after 1pm daily and all day Wednesday and Sunday — plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, overnight care, or just hanging out with pets. I live in a pet-free apartment in a safe, walkable neighborhood with access to a nearby dog park. I share the space with a pet-loving roommate, and we both enjoy spending time with animals. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, relaxed, and cared for with lots of attention and companionship.
