About: I’ve taken care of my personal dogs as well as family dogs for years. I love to play with them and just sit and cuddle with them as well. I am currently a graduate student at Jacksonville University. I am available after 2pm everyday, and on the weekends I can do all day! I am also usually up pretty late at nights so can do late night walks/sitting as well. I am a very trustworthy person. I never walk dogs off-leash outside of fenced areas for safety reasons, both for the dog and others around us. At home, I like to include dogs in what I’m doing throughout the day. I don’t believe in locking them away unless absolutely necessary. If I’m cleaning, folding clothes, or moving around the house, I let them follow me so they feel involved, loved, and part of my world. I also have a secure patio play space where dogs can run around freely while staying safe. My goal is always to make every dog feel cared for, seen, safe, and appreciated, like they are truly part of the family while they’re with me.

About: As a toddler until I was 10, we had dacshaunds. I loved them so but when you discover them after they have passed, it leaves an impression on you. This type of impression has led a part of my life to educating, advocating, and nursing but a dog owner, I won't become. I've lived with the problem Doberman-Rottweilers, smaller schnauzers, cutesy Italian Greyhound AND I pet most every pup I see (with permission, of course). I play with them, feed them and provide then with their favorite snacks: Churus. Cleaning up the box during each visit is a given considering cats need a neat space. For dogs, I would make sure to have bags to get their waste and keep snacks to make sure their given something for good behavior.
