About: I worked in the dog grooming industry for 20 years. I've bathed and walked every kind of dog! I love animals and at my age walking is all I'm up for now lol I'm retired but still need the love of a dog. The variety I had at the grooming shop has left me wanted it again. I have 2 small older dogs whom I've had since they we're puppies. But they sleep a lot and aren't up to walking anymore... So this is a happy alternative for me. About: I have had dogs my entire life, and taken care of them in full for my family, friends and neighbors. I love four legged furry friends; giving them walks, playing with them and making them feel comfortable. I have always adopted rescue dogs so have a good sense of how to take care of apprehensive dogs, as well as hyperactive or dogs that need more attention and a patient trainer. I have amateur experience training dogs and have learned tips from my sister who is an experienced dog trainer and dog walker. About: We have had dogs for most of our life, we are away from our lovely dogs so we will take care of your pets as if they were ours! We love pets more than we love people! Currently working from home and new to town, so we both have lots of free time to dedicate to your lovely pets and give them all the scratches, head pats and treats. Usually I like to do a meet & greet prior to drop off and while she does offer that, I was so last minute with my plans until time didn't allow us that opportunity. After chatting with Imani and mentioning my concerns about the fireworks with the added complexity that my dog would be in an unfamiliar place for the night, Imani assured me Jinger would be in great hands and that she was prepared to give him the care and any additional attention he may have needed. Although Jinger only stayed for the night, I feel like he now has a 2nd family. Imani sent several photos and I could tell Jinger had made himself right at home. Imani's boys were an added bonus. We have small boys at home and Jinger loves them to pieces. I could tell he took to her family just the same. The boys didn't want him to leave but I promised he'd be back.
