“I don’t even know where to start. I had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and was panicking about my cats and my apartment. Illeana responded right away and stepped in when I really needed someone. She met me at the hospital to get my keys and took such good care of my babies, sending me pictures and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. But what she did beyond that completely shocked me. I came home to a clean apartment. She took out all my trash, cleaned my kitchen, washed dishes, bought bowls for my cats, left cleaning supplies and even flowers on the counter. About: I have had the joy of having dogs and cats as my companions my entire life! Including 2 painted turtles and fish. I've always had a love for animals and nature. When a dog signals that they need to go out, whether they walk to the door, ring a bell, or give me a look, I don’t make them wait. I respond right away. I keep each dog’s routine consistent, especially feeding times and potty schedules, because structure helps them feel safe. When we’re out walking, I sometimes take different routes so they can experience new sights and smells. I never walk dogs off-leash outside of fenced areas for safety reasons, both for the dog and others around us. At home, I like to include dogs in what I’m doing throughout the day. I don’t believe in locking them away unless absolutely necessary. If I’m cleaning, folding clothes, or moving around the house, I let them follow me so they feel involved, loved, and part of my world. I also have a secure patio play space where dogs can run around freely while staying safe. My goal is always to make every dog feel cared for, seen, safe, and appreciated, like they are truly part of the family while they’re with me.

We travelled to Jacksonville to catch a cruise ship and boarded our fur baby for five days. I am always nervous about leaving my dog, but Emma made every step of the process as wonderful and reassuring as possible. My dog was in a loving home with great communication, wonderful pictures, and a very responsive sitter. “Richard was the best! He went above and beyond all of our expectations. We were a little bit nervous at first because this was our dog’s first stay away from us, but Richard eased all of our nerves! He surpassed all our expectations. Not only did he take amazing care of our dog as if he was his own, but also sent lots of photos/videos throughout the week so that we never felt too far away. He even noticed some allergy hotspots and gave him a soothing bath to help. We would highly recommend Richard!”
“Adriana was fabulous! She was so easy to communicate with. She sent regular photos and answered any questions I had. Upon arriving at her place for drop off, she immediately put both me and our dog at ease. She sought to understand our dog and all her quirks to make her time away from us sweet. Our dog for whatever reason likes to sleep in her bed only if it is against a wall and Adriana made sure even that happened. Our dog was so relaxed and happy she got home further confirming she was well taken care of while we were away from her.”
