About: I’m a Legal Assistant Monday through Friday but a full time animal lover 24/7! I have one dog, Daisy and two cats, Calypso and Chevy and 20 chickens. I also have experience with rabbits & hamsters. I worked at an animal hospital for 2 years. “Richard is known as the "dog whisperer" in my household. My dog is a high-emotional-need, high-energy black lab. My previous experiences with having people tend to my dog have been challenging. Not out of sitter or dog hotel staff malice, but because my dog needs really particular and ongoing attention. He also has a really sensitive stomach, and his body shows if he's under emotional distress. Richard has taken care of my dog twice. In this time, Richard has helped with his training, found him a brand of kibble that does not upset his stomach and helps with bowel movements (making me a ton of money as I used to cook his food prior), and connected with him emotionally. My dog adores him, and I would not dream of dropping my dog off with anyone else. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a genuinely kind human being who is wonderful at what he does.”

About: I love animals and I've taken care of them throughout my life; both dogs and cats, kittens and puppies to seniors. Since I was a child my family and I have had 9 cats and 5 dogs in total, and I was active in their caretaking from a very young age. About: I have been dog sitting for friends and neighbors since the day I got my drivers license! We recently moved to Tallahassee, and after dog sitting for a mutual friend, I realized this is something I really enjoy — and my dog does too! While we’re not in a position to get her a sibling, I know she’d love the company of other dogs. We have a large fenced in back yard and a large crate (to be used only if that is your preference). I’ll brag that my dog is great with other dogs — she senses what they need, and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body. What a great opportunity to know your dog is having as much fun as you are while you’re away! As someone who works from home, I generally let my dog out in the morning before starting work. I can easily let the dog(s) out as often as possible during the day. I can take breaks to play, but generally save any structured activity for after work. In the evenings we love to take walks around the neighborhood or through a local park. With more time on the weekends, we enjoy driving to explore longer walks and greenways. Although I have obligations out of the house, the longest I’m away from home any given day is usually no longer than 4 hours total. I have a large fenced in yard and a very friendly dog who loves to play, but also understands boundaries. Although we don’t use the crate for our dog anymore, we still have a large crate that can be used if that is your preference. We have a one story house but do have stairs up to the house and into the yard.

About: I work at FSU (as a 9-month contract faculty), so I'm totally free (full time at home) during the summer. I love dog and I have owned one small dog 'Sadie' since 2013. She is very friendly, enthusiastic and gets along well with other dogs in our neighborhood. Sadie likes walking, so I take her to a walk twice a day in the mornings and in the evenings. I'd like to extend my love to your dog, especially for those who don't have the privilege to take care of their dogs full time. I have a large fenced yard. There is beautiful grass almost everywhere in my neighborhood. I can follow any directions given, and send updates throughout the day if wanted. If you are curious about the dog sitting time lapse in the past three years, that's because we had a baby daughter in the year of 2000. She is now 3 years old and she is a dog lover as well! The other reason is that our dog Sadie was paralyzed and we had to spend a lot time taking care of her. Fortunately she has been recovering very well and now she can walk normally (sometimes with a sling support on her back) as happy as she is always. We have learned how to take good care of a special needs dog. I'm currently on my summer vacation (as a 9-month contract faculty at FSU), so I have plenty of time to play with your pets and take good care of them as I do with my own dog - Sadie. I have a large fenced yard with a large covered patio and a very friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. With four bedrooms and a large sunroom, I can easily crate your pet or put in a separate (private) room if needed.
About: I am 37 years old and have cared for pets over the years but done Rover/Professional dog sitting for roughly 5 and a half years now. I worked as a traveling salesman for a few years so I unfortunately wasn’t able to have a pet(it would’ve been more difficult) but I stayed at many airbnbs that had cats/dogs and I have many friends who have let me keep their pets for them over the years. I had a pet snake for about 7 years(Rosey Boa). I can care for any and all animals including fish and reptiles. I'm not afraid of Tarantulas and birds are ok too. I only work part-time so I am pretty available to help your pet. I am happy to take dogs on walks, dog park visits, and I am an avid hiker so if you think your dog would enjoy a nature walk I can bring plenty of water and show them the great outdoors. I do not have a fully fenced in yard. I live in an apartment complex but I live on an end unit and currently I do not have roommates so I am happy to have pets to keep me company. Theres plenty of places to walk the dogs around my complex and as long as they’ll get along and are housebroken I am able to host multiple pets. Cats are ok too. I love exotics like reptiles and tarantulas as well. Ferrets and other furry friends are also ok. I can do house sitting and I am open to long term stays in other people's homes. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs and I can accommodate that. I have experience with elderly dogs. I can easily take your dog for walks or to the dog park if that's allowed. I do keep multiple dogs sometimes but if your dog isn't friendly with other dogs I can easily make arrangements especially if it's multiple dogs. I like to take the dogs on frequent walks and sometimes I watch movies/TV with pets in the evening. Do go ahead and send me a request! What are you waiting for? I promise the only thing I will fail to do is disappoint you! I'm working part-time so I generally am available to keep your dog/pet company however if you have the kind of pet that can't go more than 3 hours or so being alone I cannot do that. Occasionally I have to leave the house and do errands. I have everything needed at my house for dogs. You would just have to bring food, leash/harness and treats. I have crates, bowls, toys and everything else needed. I don't have a fenced in yard but there are many areas where the dog can walk and play around here. I don't have any other dogs of my own currently.

I’m very good with all types and personalities when it comes to our furry companions Working on switching my career path right now since there is a shift to corporate medicine in animal hospitals and as support staff I lost the feeling of being supported, or properly compensated myself. I recently started watching my neice from 6-4 Monday through Friday. Sometimes I will do delivery driving at night, but only if that is ok with you! I also have my medical marijuana card. Despite that review that says I agreed not to, I have never negotiated this. I’m an anxious, insomniac with cyclical vomiting syndrome. Some days I would not be ok without it🥺 I apologize if that does not work for anybody, but one must take care of themselves before they can care for others. This actually isn’t lucrative enough with my schedule. I ONLY do this because animals are my passion!!! Feel free to ask me any questions at all! I really am an open book! I have a 3/3 townhouse set up with lots of room for walks. Unfortunately there is no fence, but it is a very pet friendly environment.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and was always an active participant in caring for them. I started pet sitting for dogs and cats in middle school. Honestly, I just miss having pets around and would love to care for your baby. My job is hybrid so I can work remote and take breaks as needed. “Richard is known as the "dog whisperer" in my household. My dog is a high-emotional-need, high-energy black lab. My previous experiences with having people tend to my dog have been challenging. Not out of sitter or dog hotel staff malice, but because my dog needs really particular and ongoing attention. He also has a really sensitive stomach, and his body shows if he's under emotional distress. Richard has taken care of my dog twice. In this time, Richard has helped with his training, found him a brand of kibble that does not upset his stomach and helps with bowel movements (making me a ton of money as I used to cook his food prior), and connected with him emotionally. My dog adores him, and I would not dream of dropping my dog off with anyone else. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a genuinely kind human being who is wonderful at what he does.”

I will treat your baby like it’s my own💕 Majority of my day ends around 3:30 due to classes but other times it ends before that in the afternoon. I am free on the weekends unless I am traveling out of town! I live in a first floor apartment in a gated community. All dogs are safe to walk around the complex as every dog is required to be leashed. I also have a lock to my room incase I do any animal sitting, so no randoms can come into my room nor apartment.
